Didn’t know there was a Pizza Hut nearby until I came across this one. The pizza was pretty darn good the first two times I came here; however, this third visit will be our last. Ordered a pepperoni pizza online, went to pick it up and was told we still had a few minutes before it was ready. This was more than fine as we love our food fresh. Got home and our 6 year old was more than ready to dig in, as soon as we opened the box and picked up a slice we noticed a bug on one of the pepperoni slices. My husband stated that it was a burnt piece of pepperoni but after zooming in we both confirmed it to be a bug. I called in and informed John at the pizza hut store and he told me to bring it back in the morning for a refund and that he would speak to the manager Liz. I came in and the lady pictured below asked me to tell her what the issue was as “we can’t just refund people”. I explained and afterwards she laughed and said “idk where this came from but it wasn’t us, we don’t have bugs”. I then informed her of how I witnessed two males (one with a durag and boxers showing), both come from sitting outside the kitchen on their phones, go back into the kitchen without washing hands and without gloving up prepping dough. Her response was, “so, that bug ain’t come from us. We don’t have bugs”. I politely asked for my refund and stated that I just wouldn’t be back since even lack of basic hygiene is not concerning to her.
Stated all of that to say this… future customers of this location…..please check your food before leaving, you never know what may have crawled out of...
Read moreI called in an order for pick up July 26th 7pm. Large stuffed crust ½ cheese ½ sausage and an order of boneless Buffalo wings,I was told it'll be ready in about 15 min. After 20 min, I go in to get my order. I gave my name,the cashier couldn't find it in the system, he asked could it be in a different name & I told him no. I told him what I ordered & he found it & said it was put in as a "future order for 8pm" 😔 He said give it 15-20 min & it'll be ready. 20 min later ,I go in, get my order a 2nd time, open the box & it's a stuffed crust with cheese & sausage NOT " ½ cheese ½ sausage like I placed on the call in 🤨 he said give it another 20 min. After 20 min ,I go in get my order a 3rd time & it was correct & I asked if he can give me something complimentary for the inconvenience? He said "no because it wasn't a mix up on their end" 🤦🏿.. it definitely wasn't a mix up on my end(the customer)..I gave the order how I wanted it. Pizza Hut needs to stop outsourcing their call in orders. I shouldn't be inconvenienced over an hour for a 15 min pizza & be told it wasn't a mess up on their end because the person answering the call messed up the order that was sent to...
Read moreUpdate: 8/29/22 wanted to give 3 stars because I got a personal call from a manager the next day regarding the situation (not the manager who closed the business two hours early.) This woman called everyone who placed orders and personally apologized for the events that took place disrupting service. It takes a lot of courage to call people and apologize. I want to make sure her efforts were noticed. Thank you for the call and professionalism in handling the situation, it was very big of you. Business states its open till 10pm. Called and placed a pick up order 9:28pm, drove 15 minutes and the doors were locked. I called of course I received the answering service and I told them the door was locked they said they would call the location. I arrived to pick up my order at 9:47pm. It's really sad how the restaurant industry has lost all pride over the last two years. Businesses can't find workers and they accept anyone even those workers who close the business early.
