I ordered online. It “used my location” and some reason it got sent to this location instead of the one right next to me. They are absolutely zero help here. They just keep telling me there is nothing they can do, there is no manager there to help, and then gave me a number to a phone that is OFF to get refunded… What the actual hell? I’ve worked in restaurants a long time. I dont know who is in charge of this store, but it is terribly run if the only people there cant even give a simple refund.
Update: the owner of the store said he will only give a 50% refund if I take down this review. I might take the review down if I get my full refund because this is basically theft. Never in my life has any restaurant Ive ever been to or worked at charged anyone for an internet error. Something that is nobody’s fault, but apparently I have to pay for it because Mr Owner doest want to accept the fact that THEIR WEBSITE messed up. I'm a big food critic, the presentation, quality of the food freshness over all. Had the Buffalo and traditional Chiken Philly. Also had the gourmet fries! Jesus I died came back ate again and died 😂.
The bread is super fresh and soft. The chicken is perfectly seasoned cooked/ grilled to perfection. The tomatoes and romaine lettuce 🫰so fresh and clean, not your soggy tomatoes oh and the sliced pickeles!!! I do wish the pickles were a little thicker cut CUT very crisp. I've had 4 sandwiches and the quality is legit perfect everytime. I'm jealous of whoever lives close to this joint you get to eat it daily.

Update: today was my second time visiting and the service and staff did not disappoint!
I ordered three cheesesteaks and regular sodas. After being convinced to try the lemonade, the manager actually gave them to me instead of charging me an additional price because I had already purchased drinks. In addition, one of the sandwiches in my order was made wrong (before I even received my order to notice this slight mishap) the manager came to me to explain the mix up but also gave me the extra sandwich at no cost.
