Marshalls — Local services in Proviso Township

Return refused by manager Mariam Vargas with all tags attached and receipt purchased at different location... claiming they didn't know the name brand, stating it is the store policy that if they don't recognize the name, they can't take it back. Called the location I purchased from, manager there stated, with tags and receipt, they should have returned it. She asked for the first 2 numbers on the tag and confirmed over the phone department the outfit came from. Mariam was giving the customer next to me a problem... who also happen to be black... so I'm sure my skin tone was the reason my return was...

I wanted to buy two of the same item but both were priced differently. One was 4.00 and the other 9.99.The were both exactly the same in every way possible even in color.When I asked why were they different priced I was told they came in at different times.When I asked if I can have them both for the same price I was told no.I would have to pay two different prices for the same item.Which honestly makes no sense to me. Very small wouldn’t recommend for children items they have a very small selection 1 rack for all kids sizes and no shoes at all.
