Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Proviso Township

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had a couple issues with my order one was recognized before we left the store and the other issues were noticed when I got home. I don't stay in the area so it's very inconvenient for me to come hours back for service. When I called and asked for the manager, I spoke with a little girl who said her name was CARLA. This happened today. I ordered food at 5 and almost home around 6 pm when I voiced my concerns. First of all she kept muting the phone to LAUGH with people about my issue with service and forgot to mute so I could hear her laughing at me. She said she didn't want to give me a refund on my order because it wasn't the whole meal. I ordered about four meals to accommodate my family. She said I only have TWO OPTIONS come in for a refund or come in for a free item and then said she couldn't give me a refund over the phone and didn't want to connect me with a hire up or even provide me with the customer care number!!! I didn't raise my voice, yell or give her attitude. I have had an issue with Chic fil A two other times and even though it may have been three or less items affected they STILL refunded the whole order just providing CUSTOMER SERVICE for the inconvenience which I was so grateful for. But to be met with a "There's nothing I can do" response, when there IS something that can be done was too much to ask for. Carla is a TERRIBLE manager who couldn't even do the bare minimum to service her paying customers for an issue her team created. I didn't know someone could be so MONEY HUNGRY to hold on to a $50 order because they simply didn't want to accommodate the inconvenience they caused me. NEVER going to this location again. They need better service for real and I see why they have such a mid rating after being open less than a year. I called corporate and I'm waiting to hear back from the operating owner because what may be a small issue to Carla was a big issue for me considering her customer service and it just feels like this location is creating a hostile environment for the customers that needs to be...

Was there less than an hour ago soI stopped by for dinner, I bought a cool wrap with avocado dressing and the dressing was missing. I didn’t let that ignore my dinner but then I also ordered 8 count nugget and only received 5 cold and old nuggets. Kinda disappointed since it was my first time visiting this location, I probably won’t bother on coming to this specifically. Just sucks how this was the closest opened restaurant near me after my target run. Maybe the workers just couldn’t wait to go home? And didn’t care about the food quality...
