Tello's Beef Maxwell St. — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I went in and bought a comb and a regular beef both items was disgusting I bought a combo for myself and beef for my elderly mother this is not my first time having these items BOTH WAS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY THE ITALIAN BEEF COMBO SAUSAGE WAS PINK THE MEAT WAS SLIMY!!!!! MY MOM TOOK ONE BITE AND HERS WAS ALSO UNDERCOOK IT SHOULDNT BE MADE SO FAST LIKE THAT !!!THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE PASSING AWAY FROM FOOD POISING I DO UNDERSTAND ITS FAST FOOD...

I will NEVER go back here again! They charged me for things I asked for and when I got home the items wasnt in my bag. When I called to let them knw the guy argued with me ! Really and you want to argue and you in my neighborhood! They are rude and I was very nive to them! You lost a good customer and for that u will continue to loose bussiness because I will let everyone knw how disrespectful...

The service was courteous and quick. Reasonable price for a quality Maxwell style polish. This location has the traditional "Maxwell" Peppers, grilled onions, mustard but I think they have better fries then the actual Maxwell Street downtown.
