FIRST time ever being here!!

Wavebender popular smoothie i ordered isn't supposed to be sour, but it is.. i really dislike sour! I was expecting a SUPER coconut creamy tropic flavors. It's just creamy & sour, so it's just ok. Suuper bummed out that it did however sit out for a good 5 minutes waiting for other customers drinks to get done, then my sno drink. So this smoothie ended up being more like a liquid milk drink rather than a smoothie with sno in it. I'm saddened by that. I'll pop it in my freezer for a few hours before truly enjoying it, i guess.

My create your own- toasted coconut & cheesecake with cream & vanilla ice cream, is kind of creamy but not much of the cheesecake which i LOVE!!! Darn it! They appear SOO YUMMY but they're lacking flavors! I will attempt this place one more time before outting them completely.

They were pretty busy, order said to be done in 7 minutes, it was done in 11. Not complaining. It looked super fun here, energetic and exciting! Very colorful! It also looks like a candy shop but for shaved ice drinks!!

I was not greeted until i stood at the pick up counter for several minutes, even though 2 workers looked at me directly. This place looks like they would be very energetic & excited upon walking in but the employees lacked communication and excitement towards customers. I'll try again tomorrow though as they were 1 hour...

Bahama Buck's is one of our favorite places to get shaved ice. It's close and convenient to BYU, and a popular place for students to go. I personally love the strawberry-colada shave ice with a scoop of ice cream in the bottom. My husband likes the Rocket Pop shave ice with a scoop of ice cream in the bottom, and my son likes the Coca Cola shave ice. I can honestly say that in one out of every 3 visits we take to Bahama Buck's, they forget to put the ice cream in the bottom of the cup like we ordered. The trouble is, you don't know the ice-cream is missing from your shave ice until you're almost home and your shave ice is almost gone. The last time we went, I told them that they keep forgetting the ice-cream in the bottom (which we pay extra for) and the girl I spoke to was rude to me, didn't apologize, didn't offer any compensation. They also haven't had any punch cards for over two weeks, so we can't get credit for the purchases we've made in-between visits. Their flavors are yummy, especially with the ice-cream added, so I hope you'll give them a try, but I hope they treat you a little nicer and remember your ice-cream if...

Here's the deal... I'm not sure how this place has so many positive reviews. When we arrived, there were only 5 other people in front of us. Not remotely busy. We waited for 26 minutes until our order was ready. Each of the preceding INDIVIDUAL ITEMS (not orders) took 5-10 minutes EACH. While sitting there, only the 5 were completed in 30+ minutes. How is it that slow? By the time we left, the place had backed up to about 30 people, and no one had orders yet.

On top of that, one of the groups that came in 20 minutes after us had ordered a "dog treat." They had that order within 2 minutes. Priorities guys, come on. The work flow and efficiency is seriously lacking. More workers could definitely be added, and an adult/non-high schooler presence would be a big help.

And finally... My wife got a small... IT COST $6 FOR A CUP OF ICE AND SOME FLAVORING. If I could give no stars, I would. Just really disappointing from start to finish.
