Extremely bad experience. The food took forever plus they had no way of actually finding someone to give them their food. It was very chaotic to watch the server try and find people. People were huddling around the kitchen waiting for their order because nobody could hear the girl saying the name on the order. Not a fan of that many people standing by the kitchen where my food is being made. When we finally got our order, my wives mac n cheese had someone else's name on the lid. When she opened it, it wasn't even what she ordered. When she took it back to get the right thing, she once again waited forever for someone to acknowledge her. Then they tried dismissing it saying they just switched lids. My wife said, no, it was actually the wrong food. Once they finally gave her her mac n cheese, there was no cheese, little crumbs, very dry, and very much a disappointment. To be fair, she did enjoy her burger. I, however, thought my burger was very generic and tasteless. Their burgers were incredibly small. Way too overpriced if you ask me. Again, too be fair, my wife enjoyed hers and we did enjoy their buffalo fries. But overall, terrible experience! Would not recommend with the way things are currently being run and the price...
Read moreI ordered a soup/salad combo and fries to-go. I got the lemon chicken parm. 1/2 salad, the 1/2 tomato basil soup, and sweet potato fries. The fries tasted far too rich and I couldn't finish them. The flavor on the salad dressing was a little bland but tolerable, but the tomato basil soup was completely awful with no flavor at all, and there was something that felt like paper in it. It was really disappointing as tomato basil is one of my favorite soups, but this one tasted like barely tomato-flavored water. I'm going to have to add a bunch of stuff to it when I get home just to make it edible.
When a customer calls and asks what kind of soup you have, don't just say "Tomato Basil" if it's not your normal tomato basil and has coconut in it, which is not a typical ingredient in tomato basil soup. Thankfully I'm not allergic to coconut, but what if someone was and they were simply told that it's tomato basil soup, ordered it to-go not in-person (like I did), took a bite, and then had an allergic reaction? The coconut explains the paper-like texture in it, and the very bland taste. Definitely something you might want to point out to customer's when they ask what kind of soup exactly what kinds of...
Read moreHad to come update my rather positive review from several years ago after my abysmal experience there tonight. I was prepared for a line on Friday night, I was expecting higher prices with inflation. But I wasn’t expecting the crew to take my money then completely forget about me. Especially because there was no long line to speak of. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes before I went to the counter twice! to get the attention of the kitchen staff who then grabbed my food off the counter and replated it while I watched as if to present fresh food. But The food was cold and rubbery and the fries were far more soggy than usual. I imagine that they made my food in a timely manner, but the second time I returned to the counter, they had to scroll back more than 6 times until they found my order so why they never walked it 5 feet to my table is beyond me. Especially cuz it was the only food in the staging area. There was no apology or effort to make it right or make sure my food was hot and fresh after paying $25 for a sandwich and fries. Frankly, I’m pretty frustrated and will not be back, though I’m also sure they don’t care. Maybe their other locations care about their guests more. But this one...
