Jamba — Restaurant in Provo

Came here on March 20th at 730pm and the lady behind the counter then some guy came in conversation later didn't gets names. I started this new diet as an over the road trucker and they where beyond helpful. The answered questions I had with honesty and gave great suggestions on what I told them I was trying to do. I needed something because this new diet had me crashing only a day an a half on it..

I know it's healthier to make something but I was lazy and came here. They where so professional though for the amount they get paid probably, that's a bold statement I know. I was blown away at the price of their smoothies - $7.49!!! And this was their small size!!! Plus, the flavor was very bland and not sweet at all – I ordered a peach type of flavor smoothie. We met at the Provo Jamba for just a short meeting as leaders in our youth group. We sat at a table out in front and were there about an hour and a half. The entire time we were there I saw less than 6 customers – no wonder because of their astronomically high prices. I compare this to In-N-Out Burger in Orem just up the street and it’s like night and day. At In-N-Out Burger it’s standing room only. Why? I went on a Saturday afternoon and was the first one there before a big rush of people. They were fast, had markers on the floor telling you where to stand to encourage social distancing, and everything looked clean. Both of the smoothies I got were delicious! So sad the blue lemonade one I got is no longer listed on the menu so I can’t remember it’s full name. But I was grateful for the free vitamin and zinc boosts offered and am looking forward to going...
