Went there during the rush at night shift but their cashier was super friendly and helpful! Service was fast and easy, their mushrooms swiss Burgers are the #1 of the top 10. Burger Supreme in Provo is an absolute gem that deserves a five-star rating. As a frequent customer, I can confidently say that this restaurant serves up some of the best burgers in the area.

Be careful when you go to get their half-priced burger deal. It's from 8:30pm to close (10:30pm) which is pretty cool. Just make sure you go earlier than later. We went in last minute to try and grab one before close. We got there with only a couple minutes to spare but were in time to b rung up for half-priced burgers. However, right as I went to pay for the food, the price jumped back up to full, and the reasoning we were given was because the clock had hit 10:30pm and the restaurant was closed. Not cool. That is deceptive and unprofessional. I understand it is late, employees want to go home, and you close at 10:30pm. But if the order had been started before 10:30pm and we were literally shown that the food will cost half-price, it is outright scummy to raise that back up as we go to swipe our card just because the clock had hit 10:30pm.

The food and service itself was pretty mediocre. Food was clearly thrown together carelessly and some components were missing. Most of the staff were not outright rude but you were certainly not welcoming. Considering the time we arrived, again, this was understandable. However, we did order take out to try and minimize our inconvenience even though they had a many of their tables filled still with customers eating.

Would recommend you get your burgers...

I'm from the Idaho Panhandle and one of my Uber Passengers up there on her honeymoon said her dad owned a place in Provo called Burger Supreme and that I should stop in. I'm so glad that I did; I would've taken pictures if the food wasn't immediately devoured by my whole family in under 5 minutes. The best place I've stopped to get a burger in the western part of the United States!

When I went in to order and started to tell my story of moving across the country and the recommendation from a passenger to stop there along the way to the first person that greeted me and was ready to take my order IT WAS THE OWNER HIMSELF. You can tell by how clean and organized the restaurant is as well as how clean cut and professional all the staff are that it's a place that people care about what they are making and it should be a standard to operate other places in the way they run their business.

The icing on the cake was seeing a real meat supplier outside delivering meat and not a URM/Sisco distributor.
