Wish I would have read the other 1 star review about paying for the return label before I purchased from Dressed in White. I had the same experience with the return label. Hopefully these reviews will help someone else before also being mislead. You have to pay to be able to get store credit or exchange with the return label. You can’t return your items with the “Free Returns” label that you PAY $2.48 for. You will have to eat that $2.48 and then pay the additional shipping fee to return you items if you want to actually make a return. While I was unhappy about paying more than expected to return my purchases I am happy I can return them because the quality of the material was not even close to what I would expected for the prices they are charging. I would not suggest making online purchases sight unseen from...
Read moreI will never buy from them again. I ordered multiple dresses online so I could see which one I liked best after trying them on. If you want to be able to return anything, you have to buy the return warranty for about three dollars. I thought that was a little strange, but had no problem paying just a couple extra dollars to be able to return the one of my options. When I go to return one of the dresses, I had to pay ten dollars for shipping to return it. As it turns out, the warranty only covered store credit and exchanges. It is so shady that they make you pay for a warranty to make returns and then end up charging you to return it anyway. Beware when ordering things from them online. I wasn't even that impressed with the quality of the dresses. They were very shear and...
Read moreI ordered a temple dress for my wife from Dressed In White, and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. The quality of the dress was unimpressive, especially considering the price. What really frustrated me was their misleading “free returns + package protection” option at checkout for $2.98. Turns out, it’s anything but free. After paying $6.53 for shipping, $2.98 for this so-called “free return” protection, they still charged me over $10 to actually return the dress. Apparently, you have to dig through their FAQs page to understand the real meaning behind their wording. Overall, I wasted around $20 for nothing. I won’t be shopping here again, and I’d strongly recommend others read all the fine print...
