I reviewed this Taco Bell awhile back and for some reason it has disappeared. This location is an absolute joke. The staff are incredibly rude. On top of this, the wait time gets longer and longer each time I go. I won’t be going to this Taco Bell anymore. I went there recently and placed an online order because it’s usually quicker. There app was glitched out and would not allow me to select the drive thru for my pickup location, so I just selected the grab n go option, assuming it would not be very difficult for them to still just give me my food through the drive thru window. I pull up to the speaker after being in line for roughly 15 minutes. I would just back up but I was trapped by the car behind me. Turns out it’s impossible to get the food through the drive thru window if you selected grab n go. So I waited in line while my roommate ran in to grab the food. And waited. And waited. For nearly another 20 minutes. It got to the point where I finally saw an opening on the grass and sidewalk in front of me so I pulled over the grass and sidewalk to get on the road to circle around out front. Read moreStaff is rude and inflexible. We ordered on DoorDash because we had some gift card credit on DoorDash, but preferred pickup over delivery. The order status never arrived at "ready for pickup", which I can't say for sure, but I doubt it was a bug in DoorDash and more likely Taco Bell staff not updating information on their end. My wife went anyway to pickup the food at the estimated time, and there were instructions to go inside to pickup food, but looking at the doors to go inside, there was a clear sign saying "Lobby Closed". So my wife went through the drive through (seems like the right decision to me). She was told "You need to go inside for DoorDash". She indicated she couldn't backup b/c there were cars behind her, and so she pulled through to the window. The staff at the window was reluctant to open the window, but did open. My wife tried ask a question about whether they could simply grab it from the inside area since she's already waited through the drive through line to get her food, but the staff said something about needing to go inside and closed the window before she could even finish her question. Read moreI work close to this taco bell and have frequented this joint over the last 6 months. Their customer service is a joke🤣 I just ordered online, 30 minutes in advance. the app gave me a message to “head inside and pick up my order!” I did. order wasn’t there. So I sat there, waiting for someone to help me for 5 minutes while the staff gave me dirty looks for not following the “order on the kiosks” sign. They were in so much of a hurry, i couldn’t even ask for them to stop and help. So now… I’m sitting in the drive through with 6 cars in front of me, waiting for my food. Isn’t the point of ordering online to “skip the line”? I even went through the mobile order line in the drive through. I have a 30 minute lunch break and spent 25 of it trying to get the food that i ordered 30 minutes ahead. It’s always a similar experience at this location.
