On August 21, 2025, I went into this Firehouse Sub and ordered a Smokehouse beef & cheddar sandwich. I had one request that since my last sandwich was barely warm, could they run this sandwich through the steamer twice so it would be hot. The cashier assured me it would happen. I received my sandwich, took one bite and this sandwich wasn't hot, it wasn't warm, it wasn't cold. The center of the sandwich was actually frigid. The outside of the meat in the sandwich was barely warm but the center was just like it came out of the fridge. This was supposed to be a hot sandwich. I took it back to the counter and asked to have it warmed up. I was told it could not happen. I took one more bite and walked up and asked for the manager. I told him that I am going to throw the sandwich away and that he needed to test the sandwich to see how cold it was. He looked at me like I asked him to put his finger in a blender. He proceeded then to call out the different employees that might have screwed up my sandwich. He had no feelings for me. Not like, "How can I make this better?", or "Would you like another sandwich?" Or, how about this one, "Sir, I will even make this one myself to make sure it is right." The manager made the whole situation a disaster, like it was my fault and that I might not be telling the truth that my sandwich was cold in the middle. I did not want my money back and by that time I had lost my appetite. I thought I would look up the other reviews from this restaurant. I was appalled at the poor service that many others have received. When you treat one customer wrong, you don't just lose one customer; you lose every person he tells and every person they tell and so on and so on... It won't surprise me one day to drive by and there is no longer a sign above that building that says Firehouse Subs. In reading the generic responses that accompany these reviews, it would please me that there is no response. But, you are not into pleasing the...

Worst. Experience. Ever. I waited for my pickup order for over five minutes and no one even looked my way to let me know if it was being made or any kind of update. I had to go flag someone down and she said that they had just received my online order that I placed over twenty minutes before. I left and came back another twenty minutes later and the same thing happened. I stood there with a few door dash people for over ten minutes. While I was there, several customers came up to the counter and made complaints (onions on a sandwich and she asked for no onions, incorrect sandwich, etc.). While we stood there, no one looked our way, no update, I ended up leaving without my order. That's how frustrating it was. This was my first time going to Firehouse Sub, I didn't even try it, and I will never be coming back to this location if I do decide to try it. It'd be nice to get a refund but I can just see that becoming another headache that I don't want to deal with. If you like Firehouse Sub, do not, I repeat, DO NOT, go to this location. I'm sure there are other locations that have way better service. Make the drive to the other location. It'll...

If I could give this place zero stars all around, I would! For starters the customer service was terrible!! The worst I had ever experienced anywhere. No greeting from anyone. The girl, Ella, at the register got on her phone to text as I approached to order. She finally stopped doing what she was doing on her phone for a second to start taking my order.. she would ask what I would like and then go back to her phone.. back and forth from phone to register screen during the whole time of taking my order. I paid with a gift card and then had a remainder to pay with a different card.. I stood there waiting for her to select on the screen for me to pay that remainder because she was back in her phone. There was a kid on the food line with long dark curlyish/ frizzy hair not properly restrained. Another that couldn’t speak English to be the one to call out the names of finished orders. Just ā€œslappedā€ my bag of food up on the counter and no thanks for coming in. Food was cold and bread wasn’t toasted. I will never visit this store again and will spread the word about how terrible this place is to my friends and family and to...

For reason for two stars is later on: I got the smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. It was really good! You could taste the smoke and the sauces all played together very well with the meat. With the combo I chose to get the cookie and it was really soft and good they even have the Coke freestyle soda machine! The reason I gave it two stars is cause when you walk in and see the small size (granted I haven’t been here before and for the sandwich I picked) it was $7.30 maybe couple cents off. But when I got it you can see with the picture that the $1.30 cookie was the same size as my $7.30 sandwich. Like that’s is wild, don’t get me wrong I knew it was a small but that’s taking small by definition. Definitely more for your kids. It would be ok if the small was more like $3 then I would have no complaints

I love Firehouse Subs. The food is usually good and the service is pretty friendly. This was mostly true this time around but I'm not sure I got the double meat I paid for. the sandwich seemed a little light compared to what I typically get at the locations near my home.. Otherwise, it was the typical experience. I don't know if I'll dine here again. I've found a couple of other locations over the years that go light on meat and it's easier to find a different location than to argue with them about it.

I absolutely LOVE and ADORE the Italian sub here at Firehouse. It's a rich, filling sandwich that leaves me filled and content. I encourage you to buy this thing. It's perfectly moist, and the bread is light and tasty. Yum. What an experience to be here surrounded by friends and family. I should add that the tables have a fun dalmation pattern and the colors of your typical American fire house are all about the restaurant. BIG thumbs up.
