Typically, don't give places five stars unless they truly deserve it.
This gym is the best gym in the city. It gives the old bodybuilding gym vibe like Golds Gym in Venice.
Tons of top athletes come from this gym and their hard work shows. Glad to see that the city of Pueblo finally has a place to call home.
I have been to a majority of gyms here in Pueblo and let me tell you that Jim does care about the community and gym itself. He repairs, maintains, and fixes all of the equipment.
It is not only clean, but a respectful environment with realistic expectations out of gym goers.
I cannot thank Jim enough for the professionalism in his business both outside and inside of the gym.
I hear people state that they aren't a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or XYZ but if you spend a few days coming into the gym you will soon realize people there are more than willing to help you if you ask.
If you don't know how to lift, there are qualified trainers who are there to meet your goals. As most people don't know, it doesn't have to be the first trainer you talk too.
There's plenty to choose from that could help you meet your own personal goals. Michael Johnson has been an extremely great trainer that I've chosen, and I have seen my goals being met.
If you are doing your research on gyms. Give this place and chance, if you like it...
Read morejust moved here two months ago from parker n it was the OBVIOUS option for me. compared to the planet fitness (which doesn't allow gym bags ??) n the crusty YMCA. when i signed up, i was able to get a discount on the yearly membership because i am a medical student n that helped out so much 😁 don't remember the name of the guy who showed me around/helped me sign up but thank you !!
as for the gym itself, it is STACKED w tons of machines, free weights, cardio equipment etc etc for whatever kinda workout you need to do. the members are super nice and friendly, and it's great to be around people who are dedicated to working out !! that kinda motivation is awesome.
one feature that i particularly love is that in the early mornings (when i usually go) the club is only accessible by members with a key fob. the parking lot also has cameras, so i feel super safe here when i come in the mornings.
don't have any photos because i tend to just get in n get out but it is kept so well by the staff and owner. sometimes i see the owner himself cleaning/up keeping machines/refilling spray bottles. you can tell they really really care about their gym, and that's so great to see. thank...
Read moreDid a walkthrough today of the Gym since I may be moving from Colorado Springs to Pueblo. I currently go to Flex Gym in the Springs which is the old school bodybuilder type gym....I was pleasantly surprised to find that this gym was also a GREAT old school bodybuilder type gym!! except this one has a lot of new/upgraded equipment. The staff was professional and knew all the details on the equipment they had and new equipment that was coming in. If you are looking a for a certain machine....odds are that this gym has it. on top of that...they also have a side room that is used for functional fitness BUT is also used for Posing classes since a majority of the owners/staff are Bodybuilding/physique competitors as well. The posing classes only run $5-10 which is incredibly cheap since most are usually $40-50. You can't beat the membership price that they are offering at this gym. Its cheap enough regularly, but if you are a student or first responder/military its even cheaper. So I would definitely recommend this gym if you are living in Pueblo...there is no competition hands down. P.S. Its open to members 24/7...so that's...
