Horrible!!! It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't been compensated. I bought what I thought was new couches and they were expected to be delivered three days later on a Monday. They delivered them to my wife and she noticed a weird smell after they left but brushed it off thinking that it was just the men who smelled from work. That night my step son woke up with bug bites all over him and he is still traumatized to this day. We took pictures of the bites and called Terminix the next day who came in and inspected and verified that the sole cause was two couches. Rent-A-Center picked up the couches that evening and have yet to complete the claim or compensation offer to us. It's been two weeks and in preparation of receiving the couches I had thrown the old ones out so we've had no furniture and we're inconvenienced for a trip to Pueblo and back as well as my son's suffering and trauma induced by the infestation. Read moreThe worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The manager of this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. He harassed me every month on the due date of my payment without even giving the opportunity to be late. When you call him out on it, he belittles you and tells you that your payments aren’t adequate enough to deserve basic common decency and respect. They build their business off the backs of the struggling and then spit it in your face that you are struggling. So happy I paid my appliance off early so that I will never have to deal with such horrible treatment from this poorly run team ever again. And don’t bother calling the district manager either, they will take your money but won’t give one phone call to even apologize for their unprofessional crew. This store manager and his team think they are some sort of loan sharks for a crime syndicate and that’s how they are trying to run this business. I could go on and on. Read moreI signed for a full size mattress, it was supposed to be delivered by TWO men on a day I was working but it ended up just one guy and my disabled husband had to help. Then they said the frame was for a queen but it fit so it must have been labeled wrong. I have been fighting to get a full sheet on this bed for weeks, finally surrendered and said it’s because it’s a pillow top. Then I finally get a look at the tag... nope, it’s a queen. Now if I return it, I lose all the payments I made to owning it. I am sending everything back and going to Aaron’s.
