I’m not one to leave a negative review but the service we had was terrible. When we arrived we had to wait for 45 minutes, which is normal so we did. When we got inside we were met by a woman named Valarie. She told us she still wouldn’t sit us because she sat another table ahead of us, then said we could sit down just not be helped for another 10-15 minutes. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes to get her to come to the table, then she sat down at a table next to us to take our order, then said she had to run and do something and walked away for another 10 minutes. When she got back she sat down at the other table and took our order sitting down. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks (one of the drinks was incorrect). Then we waited about 35 minutes for our food, and one plate came out 15 minutes after the rest because it wasn’t put in. After eating we all waited for drinks, and she did not come back at all. There were people that even went to the back and filled their drinks (on their own in the back, server section). When Valarie addressed then she called out and said rudely “can I get anyone else a refill” and there were about 3 tables that called out and said something (mind you there were only 4 tables) and I think the WORST PART was that when we got up to pay, she had the audacity to say “Is my tip on the table?” Then when we said no, we had bad service she went off and started saying she doesn’t need our money she makes 300 a night and that we’re just sorry and said we were snotty. Valarie should not be working at night alone. She had NO MASK IN THE KITCHEN AND THE WHOLE TIME SHE WAS SERVING. I am a server and would NEVER leave a negative review if there wasn’t action that needed...
Read moreI ordered on line at 5:43 am it said my food would be ready by 6:01am. I get there cause I didn't have to work until 6:30am. The person on duty greets with a "what's up bro?" He proceeded to tell me to find a seat. I advise him I ordered on line. He has no clue about it . Instead he tells me "not that I don't believe you, but can you show me that you were charged?" I pull the app up and ofcourse no evidence to support my claim. He tells the cooks "to hold off on making the order till I find it." Now it's 6:15am. Feeling like why is it my problem to prove my card was charged this early in the morning? I tell him just pull it up on his side. He explains ,"that he nor the cooks knows how to do any type of management work, and to come back after 9:00 am when the manager will be in." I told him look either give me my food or my money since I had to pull up my bank statement. Tony is his name. He says he "doesn't know how to do refunds, and he's at the end of his shift. So he clocks out and leaves. Finally I got my meal at 6:45 after being late for work. I do plan on speaking with the manager if she is really a manager named Michelle about why her night crew are incompetent in running a smooth business with the general public? I'd also like my money back too. The order online gave me a total $9.70 my card was charged $10.70. WTF? To be continued if not resolved. Also, I couldn't get a receipt cause they didn't know how to print that either. Worst experience ever with IHOP ON...
Read moreFor starters, I placed an order for pickup for my daughters birthday dinner. The order went through and I paid for the entire order. They told me everything was in there and the bag was tied up. We get home and I’m missing an entire order. (The 2x2x2 breakfast). There was no receipt with it, but I double checked on Grubhub to make sure I ordered correctly and I did. I tried calling them, all it did was keep going to a busy signal. There was a piece of paper stating if there’s any concerns to call this number so I do and no one would answer. And I wasn’t driving all the way back across town. This was at 545pm. Then at 1145pm not only myself but my kids get woken up by my phone continuously ringing and it’s IHOP. Which I was unable to answer because I was busy getting my special needs son to calm down from being woken up. So then they proceed to call THREE TIMES (at almost midnight), then another number calls, and one more random number as well as an email and a text message. Once I finally got my son back to sleep I was able to read the email stating that apparently my missing item was no longer being served. So how is calling someone MULTIPLE TIMES at almost midnight professional? It’s not. And don’t you think you should have said something when I picked my food up so I could’ve replaced what I ordered or at least been refunded for the food that I still paid for but didn’t get? The lack of professionalism and customer service in this whole situation...
