Panda Express — Restaurant in Pueblo

Came here on Saturday, August 3rd. Ordered two plates in the drive thru. Threw receipt away, because why save it right? You expect these people to do their job right. I mean that’s why you’re paying them almost $40. Get home, sit down to eat and the food is just thrown on the plates. One kind of meat on each plate, when each plate should come with TWO entrees. Rice and noodles are thrown on there like if it was given to the dog. We call, and tell them that we were missing two items. They take MY name down and ask if I had a receipt. I tell them I threw it away. I mean I had just been there like 15 min ago, so they could’ve checked cameras if they didn’t believe me. They tell me okay they’ll do it this time but next time have receipt. I go in this evening August 15th for my items. My name isn’t on the list. The lady “Jocelyn” wasn’t helpful at all. Checked one page in her folder and said I wasn’t on there. Then pulls the “you’re being rude” card because I’m demanding what I already paid for lol. Although, she was rude since we asked about our items, immediately giving attitude asking for my receipt. i asked her why they took my name down if they didn’t write it down. She just says she can’t do anything without a receipt and walks away. People shouldn’t be answering the phone if they can’t write people’s name down and they should train their employees better and let them know that they’re not feeding their dogs and maybe give the customer what they paid for. I’ve tried to give this Panda Express location a chance but the management and the way this location is run is sub-par at best. The quality of the food is lesser compared to other Panda Express locations, which I really like orange chicken from Panda Express but at this location it tastes way more vinegary than at any other location I’ve ever been. The amount of food given is arbitrary at best, they make it seem like there is a system of giving the same amount of food but I’ve had multiple times where I’ve ordered a bigger plate and have received less food than when I’ve ordered a normal plate. This occurs the most when there is only a specific amount of food left in their pans they’re serving from. They competency at this location is also sub-par at best. I’ve had so many occasions where the excuses given for mistakes that were made or the explanations of poor service or quality just leaves you shaking your head and face palming. This just makes the experience of the location that much lesser compared to other Panda Express locations. To me the overall experience of this location is the epitome of service in Pueblo and the standards and the execution of those standards only leave you with disappointment. You’re better off taking the time to learn to cook this food at home or taking a trip to Colorado Springs. I personally gave it one more chance and left with the same disappointment I always do and I’m not giving any more of my money to this...

Oh my God where do you begin with this clown show? They actually have a sign posted saying there will be a wait for delivery orders between 11:30 and 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. so pretty much all day . If you are ordering from this place understand that your driver has no control over the restaurant and how much they drag their feet . This Panda Express has got to be the most disorganized disrespectful franchise we have come across in any Market . These people actually expect you to wait up to an over 2 hours for your food . If you notice your delivery keeps being reassigned to other drivers you can bet that your order has not even been started at the time the driver unassigned also Third-party delivery drivers are contracted to pick up a completed order. We are not to prepare that order or any portion of that order and that includes drinks. Stop trying to make drivers fill the drinks and do your job. Your job is to make the order the complete order that means drinks. Our job is to pick up the order and deliver it. We will be looking into the actual health code as it pertains to somebody besides the restaurant feeling the customers drink.
