La Fisheria — Restaurant in Pueblo

I went in today (one of many times) and ordered my usual 3 Baja style fish tacos on my lunch break and when I got back to work and started to enjoy my tacos I found that the fish was COMPLETELY raw inside. One was even cold and raw inside. But EVERY single taco had extremely raw fish. I called and they said to bring it back which I did when I got off work and the guy at the counter offered to remake it or refund it, and I said I'd like to have both of possible since I missed my lunch and had to drive across town twice but said if he wouldn't do both I'd just take a refund. He said one or the other, so I took my refund, thanked him, and left. I'm not sure what it was about the place, but it was very comfortable and cozy even with the metal chairs. Very simply decorated but in a way that was relaxing and invited you to stay a while. Both staff I interacted with were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable about their menu. About 12:30 and it wasn't terribly crowded, nor did our food take too long to come out. I did enjoy my tacos and as others mentioned everything was so fresh! The quesabirria was good for the top pieces, but toward the bottom of the container everything was super soggy, which I mean, happens with that kind of meat, but we didn't really want to eat the other pieces because it was that soggy. We had a party of 8, I had ordered the bowl and my husband the large 7 seas cocktail. All of our friends got their order, we sat there while they all ate, we began to think they forgot about us. When our food did come, I was eating my bowl and realized I did not get the guacamole. I told the rude man at the counter, he came over, started picking at my bowl with my fork and basically called me a liar. Isn’t that against some health issue for him to stir my food?
