This used to be a great location because its closer to my house and my job. But I've had 5 really bad experiences all happening within a month time frame.
My wife and I order slushes all the time. Just two simple slushes. I use the online order ahead feature so when we leave our house we get to sonic and get our drinks and go about our day.
These bad experiences stem from the ridiculous wait time first time we waited about 45 mins for one drink while other customers were pulling in and getting their orders taken and delivered minutes later 2nd time it was two drinks and the garlic butter burger we didn't use the app this time we sat at one of the tables outside and ordered from the kiosk we had to wait about 30 mins only for the slushes to be melted and the burger not have THE PATTY!!!???? yeah my burger didn't have the patty in it we call over a car hop show them and they apologize and take it back to get it remade and from that point we waited another 30 mins but at least the burger was super fresh 3rd and 4th time same ordeal we ordered just two drinks and waited about 45 mins Then this final time the 5th time I'm at the hospital and my wife thought maybe getting some slushes would be nice we place an order and she goes to get it and as she's done checking in she's waiting and sees there's like 5 employees all sitting around outside maybe they were on a break, no big deal. However she sends me a text telling me one of the employees kept staring her down being weird and making her uncomfortable. She doesn't like the confrontation so she wasn't listening to me when I asked her to ask him if there's a problem. Anyway about 30 mins go by and my wife tells me there's been at least 4 other cars that pulled in had their order taken and brought out to them minutes later. She presses the call button and asks about her online order, employee tells her it's on the way out. She waits for about 15 more minutes and still nothing. By this time she was getting very impatient and called again to which the employee said it's on the way out. Which this time it looks like it worked. Her unsweetened tea was practically warm and ice almost completely melted away l, the slush I ordered was about the same mostly melted and partially warm, 4 piece mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock like they were sitting out under a heat lamp the whole day.
Normally I'm extremely easy going and patient but I do have a limit too. This location is consistently making me wait very long for simple items and since it seems to happen a lot when it comes to my orders its starting to...
Read moreI am so upset about my experience, i went for a late dinner just around 11 and everything was fine the car hop was friendly and everything seemed great. When I got home I noticed that a chili cheese coney was missing from my order so I called them up thinking that I could drive back and pick it up, well the assistant manager ( I have no idea how this horrific woman earned this title) missy was completely unprofessional. She told me that they were closed which was no big deal, so then I asked if I could just go back in the morning to get a refund for the part that was missing and she said I could get a chili coney in the morning.. i expressed to her that i was not nterested in eating that at 7am if i could get something of similar price off the breakfast menu. She than said no you can have the chili dog. I was a little upset so I asked if I could just get my money back and she then said " sir if we were just giving out money we'd go out of business you can come in tomorrow to pick up your coney" my meal was $20 the sandwhich we did receive was disgusting and when I brought that to her attention she said well we were almost closed. And on top of that there was a BRIGHT red hair in the ice cream, and it doesn't stop there the girl who took my order and was also my carhop I think her name was lulu or lolo or something like that was absolutely the rudest person I've ever met when she was taking my order she kept asking IS THAT ALL, and she kept talking over me and had a very nasty tone in her voice when she brought out my food when I asked for extra condiments and napkins she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude she didn't smile not once and I even tipped her!! come on what ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE words cannot describe how rude this girl was I don't know how she even got a job in the customer service industry she obviously hates her job I just hope she doesn't treat other customers this way. I am a regular at this sonic I come almost everyday and usually the food is hot and fresh and the other girls are very polite but not in this case. I called and spoke with the manager josh and he was very nice and offered to replace my ice cream even though I was pretty rude to him but I forgot to mention the girl who was rude but I'm sure I'm not the only person to complain on her.
