Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Pueblo

I placed a large catering order for a specific time for a business meeting. When I arrived To pick it up, I was told that somebody called and said that this order wouldn’t be picked up until later, so it hasn’t been made yet. I was the only person aware of the order and never made any such phone call. Yes, there could’ve been a mixup, but the fact that anybody can call and make changes to an order that they did not place is a tad ridiculous. It also felt like this could’ve been some made up story because they forgot about my order. When I arrived 25 minutes late to my meeting, there were missing Chips. To my colleagues, I now appear to be the one making up a story to cover for my incompetence. I did give two stars because the staff did appear to be hustling to try and make things right. However, they should take into account that catering orders are generally placed for very specific times, and there are a large number of people affected. Where do I begin. I went and ordered two sandwiches asked to add peppers to a beach club and add cucumbers to the other unwich. What I got was an unwich with no other vegetable but cucumber and another sandwich with zero peppers and it was drier then the Arizona desert, how you manage to make something that dry is beyond me. I hope the two girls making the sandwiches were just like messing with me and playing a joke because how you manage to maybe at best put one drop of mayo on the whole sandwich and mess the order up is impressive. I think I would rather eat some cole smeared in peanut butter and it would still have more flavor then whatever I got. Needless to say I hope they were not trying to make even a half decent sandwich because that’s how awful it was. I’d never return to this Jimmy at all. I have eaten at this Jimmy John's many times, and I usually don't have a problem. Last week I went through the drive through and forgot to ask to have my sandwich cut in half. The two younger girls they have working there were running the drive-thru. Right when they were about to wrap my sandwich, I apologized and asked if it could be cut in half (I forgot to ask) and both girls were extremely rude to me, laughing to each other and saying how "uncalled for" what I did was. It's uncalled for for me to ask you to cut my sandwich in half? It wasn't already wrapped and in the bag. It was RIGHT IN FRONT of them and they were so rude to me about it. I've eaten here many times, but those employees behavior was enough for me to decide my money is better spent anywhere but...
