Where do I start? This McDonald's needs to seriously consider some coaching & development skills for management. I decided to go late night and ordered 1 cheeseburger (ketchup only), 2-20 piece chicken mcnuggets, and 1 large french fry. Unfortunately, I only received 1-20 piece chicken mcnuggets, the entire food was cold and disgusting. Aren't there governmental regulations regarding food temperature? If there are, this McDonald's doesn't abide by them. Next, I called into store #10534 and spoke to Michael Breland, to tell him that I only received 1-20 piece chicken mcnugget (I had not tried my food yet to tell him how cold it was). Michael said, "Just come back in & you can get your other mcnugget". I told him it's late and I'm not going back tonight. Next thing I hear is a loud bang as the phone was put down on something and heard him tell someone, "She didn't get her mcnuggets and doesn't want to come back tonight". Then, he returned on the phone and said, "Ok. Your number is 703". I asked him what that was and he said to come back another day and give them that number for my mcnuggets and hung up. I was appalled at the poor customer service skills and thought I'd call back and speak to a manager who would surely take care of them problem... lol... Guess who the manager is/was??? You got it, Michael Breland. I asked him if he was the gentleman I just spoke to about my mcnuggets and he said, "YES" in a tone that was rushed and wasn't interested at all in the customer. I asked him for his name and the web address to make a complaint about the service. He gave me both information. I told him that I didn't receive an apology for the inaccuracy of the order which he replied, "Oh yeah, sorry". That was it! His tone was carefree and rushed to give me his name and the email address for complaints. He lacked customer service skills 100%. Is this what McDonald's has come to hire? If so, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Afterall, a business who lacks in customer service, eventually fails. Please, hire only those people who can perform to the standards that McDonald's sets its mission, goals, and values. By selecting individuals who can't/don't or won't abide by your objectives need to go elsewhere as they make a bad name and loss of reputation for McDonald's. Don't let your McDonald's be the example of this. Take care of Michael and FIRE...
Read morethe only problem I see as an alumni retired 4032 General Manager for McDonald's is when they may need to revisit some stores. I have been experiencing different locations through our Colorado since retirement I'm my personal opinion this store in Pueblo given the volume increased by having Walmart directly across from the location. I would seem to me. granted I haven't seen there P&L projections with PAC but I have been to this location frequently. based on my own experience with My store. with others in the market it would seem to me that this location would.have have appropriate staffing levels With the manager in the observation post. the time's I have been either thru the drives or the lobby it seems that The manager is busy trying to out fires training ,this often causes back ups or mixed up orders and like One I had gotten it was supposed 2 be 2 DBL Qtr's combos which was close to 24.00 and when we got home the order was incomplete having received 1 DBL Qtr's that didn't have the appropriate condiments on it and missing the bottom bun. the second one was very messy and but the 4-1was freshly made for both sandwiches fries were within acceptable temp. this is the only bad experience we have had usually we wait beyond the McDonald's gold standard. for customer service standards. that part is having The appropriate staffing levels and meeting your targets set by your owner operator or Mcopco. as a former general manager to your general manager . again my opinion and experience what I would do is spend some More time with your management team with your revolving Action plan and One of the things we often forget as managers . we're good at implementation but we still continue to fail when we as managers fail to follow up . thank you for listening...
Read morei went there by default . it was just after midnight and nothing else was open i went drive thru and after waiting about 20 minutes for my order to b taken i was informed it was cash only and i had cash i got a big mac meal with 6pc chic.nug and med Hi-C all for $15 bux! the only thing that had was worth paying anything for was the Hi-C! big mac was slapped together and was cold to warm at best the nuggets were stale and dried up then microwave to appear fresh but were more like eating something closer to a rock that was still chewable and the fries soggy under cooked and loaded up with too much salt! i was tired and was just getting back into town from work and was starving and this was terrible meal one not worth $15 bux thats for sure! the people who were working the windows were very friendly and the order was correct but as for the food it was very bad and i was super hungry and i took a couple bites of each thing and ended up trashing it! i did enjoy the Hi-C and drank it with the meal i made when i got home . It will b a long long time b4 i ever consider eating there or at any McDonalds again cuz i was starving and couldnt eat that food and i love McDonalds so it took almost 45 minutes to go thru drive thru and all cooked items were hurried and undercooked and took forever to get the fast food and to me 45min in drive thru is bad and way too long to get undercooked food and i wont go there again even if it was for free! Terrible food with slow and ok service ur better off starving or eating actual rocks cuz the Hi-C being the highlight is really a low light ! ...
