I ordered a pizza meal that was supposed to be cheese hot n' ready pizza and an order of breadsticks w. Sauce as well as the 2liter. The breadsticks were good but i opened the box excited for their cheese pizza and literally became sick. I unfortunately have myriad health difficulties, and nausea Is constant. I hadn't eaten a full meal in weeks... I craved this pizza as we don't have a Little Caesars location in our town of Walsenburg, Co. As i opened the box my excitement fizzled as it was filled with thick salty ham which I cannot eat. $23.00 for a 17-18.00 meal that i couldn't even eat. Breadsticks were my dinner . I have supported the school sale program, have been a long standing patron to many of the LCs locations. W. 3 kiddos, they loved LCs pizza and breadsticks... It was a tradition within our family that prior to attending the Colorado State Fair, we would (family of 5) all eat at the LCs located directly across from the fair grounds. We did this for years and never had a single issue! The owner was/is fantastic, staff super friendly...However regarding this specific LCs location; I will NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION NOR IT'S DELIVERY EMPLOYEE [VERY RUDELY assured me the pizza was CHEESE when I simply asked him because it smelled differently, ETC.]. I am one who is always helpful to business owners & patrons and reflects any positive feedback. But this was not acceptable. I know that everyone in any business; especially the food service area, is extremely busy and mistakes happen- we are human. The pizza disappointed me yes; I tried to pick off the ham but the pizza was engulfed in it. Anyhow; the pizza was an absolute disappointment- but it was how I was treated that bothered me. I know this is a very difficult area in business. My sister has worked within the food service industry her entire working life. However; when you treat your customer(s) poorly and do so VIA multiple staff members; when the customer is kind and respectful to the staff, there is a problem. Everyone has bad days but it was uncalled for period; it's called...
Read moreI usually choose this place for my family dinner never run into many issues. A young lady with a horrible attitude answered the phone, she claimed to not hear me well and continues to talk with employee in the background who interrupted my order. I asked if she can hear me now and please have the conversation after my order, she removed the phone from her face and proceeded to ask a higher position individual ; if she can hang up on me because I’m arguing with her and she’s not dealing with it. I was very misunderstood and treated horribly until the leader got on the phone and took my order. He was professional and patient with great customer service. He made my family’s night possible with no negativity. I just wish when hiring someone, they actually do a personality test to see if they can handle basic customer...
Read moreOur card information was probably stolen here.
We bought pizza last night with a card we rarely use. It was the only purchase we made where the card was run by someone else, and the Little Caesar's employee took our card into the back of the store to run it. That seemed odd to me, but I didn't say anything at the time.
Today we got a fraudulent charge on this card we almost never use. I called the store to report the possibility, and the manager tried to convince me that it was impossible. It took some convincing before they finally relented and said they'd tell the other managers.
Leaving a bad review is the only way I know to get a hold of someone higher up,...
