Taco Stop — Restaurant in Pueblo

I'm pretty disappointed people said that this place was good, me and my wife just got done eating there well I didn't eat it it was nasty my wife only ate a couple bites and so did the dog. I have not had Mexican food this bad in a while. We ordered the Tuesday night special three chicken three beef some other things on top of it but the meat was dry no flavor we ordered a cheesecake that was bomb that's the only reason it gets the one star. It's pretty bad when the homeless won't even eat it and they eat the garbage out of the trash cans come on now. So I guess everyone's taste buds are different so you'll have to try it for yourself or maybe they're just having a bad night but it was nasty and then the sad part I wanted to call and talk to them & order something different mabey give another chance, but couldn't even advance to words out of my mouth before she rudely answered with we are closed it is 2 minutes to 8:00 when it was 15 to 8:00 and hung up yeah I'd have to say pretty rude. I wish I didn't tip them the $8 we'll never try it and go there again I'll go check out the one in the county we'll see if that could be a little better maybe they'll get a two...

They have good food but horrible customer service. I tried for an hour to try to get through. Every time I called they would tell me to hold or hang up on me.I finally got through and the girl was rude and when I went to pick up my food I waited in line And when it was my turn the girl kind of just looked at me and started to go and do other things so I waited and finally she turns and looks at me and says "what do you need" So I tell her I'm there to pick up my order And she doesn't even say a word just turned around and starts doing other things again Finally she gives me my food and rings me up gives me my total but it doesn't even put my food where I can reach so I had to literally stick my arms behind the glass and Pull It Forward so I can grab my food and go. I definitely don't want to go back there again. It's such a shame because I like their food and I usually go every Friday if not twice a week to get food for myself and my family. Ill stick to the one on abriendo...

Was disappointed with the Baltimore location, their reviews said this location was better. I'm giving 3 stars cuz I was only in the drive thru maybe 3 minutes for my online order. The taco shells stayed intact which never happens from Taco Bell so I like that. However both locations have super bland food which really means something coming from me cuz I'm more of a plain picky eater. It's just ground beef with no seasoning whatsoever no salt no taco seasoning just beef. It's nice they include salsa but it's too spicy for me. They were finishing my order as I waited so it was "fresh" but despite living maybe 3 miles away it was cold! Idk if tacos just don't travel well or what but I always have to reheat my orders from any Taco Stop.
