Pueblo Convention Center — Attraction in Pueblo

Terrible and rude office staff. One time when my wife was working, I brought in a charger for her dead phone and said my wife needed this so I could feed my kids. The lady at the front of the office wrote a note and left it there, somehow thinking magic would tell my wife that the charger was there. So then my kids had to miss a meal. Then after confronting her about it, she told me she didn't understand. I apologized and said I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding but I thought I made myself clear. Her manager comes out and since I didn't waste my time talking to her, she went and LIED to my wife's supervisor about what happened and threatened to ban me. My wife had to tell her supervisor that she was right there and none the lie was true. It's crazy this place is next to the Hall of Heroes and this veteran was treated with such disgrace. Lucky there's no lawsuit...

To the management of concessions/security; you are UNBELIEVABLE!!! Your venue is being paid THOUSANDS of dollars to hold 3 day dance competition where kids/families will spend 8+ hours there a day and you expect them to live off of cold pretzels and chicken fingers and hot drinks to eat and drink!! $10 for a water and Gatorade is Ridiculous!! Security DOES NOT need to be telling us what we can and cannot eat while we are there ESPECIALLY when they themselves are walking around with Tacobell cups and outside food as they refuse to eat the over priced stuff you are selling!! We have attended multiple events at the convention center before and NEVER have had this problem before!! Let those kids and familes eat!! YOU ARE PROVIDING A VENUE that is bringing money into our community!! Don't lose it due to being greedy with...

I have never worked with such an incompetent sales team like the clowns at Pueblo Convention Center. Not only are they extremely disorganized with everything it seems, but nobody around that place seems to know what's going on! The receptionist was the most knowledgeable person I spoke with out of the whole staff! The sales manager was extremely rude and kept verbally trying to push me out of the office as if I wasn't even that important! I run a well respected company that's worked many venues around the city of Pueblo and by far this is the worst I've ever been treated. I could go on and on about this but they're not worth my time nor my business. They don't even deserve a single star for a rating! Unless you enjoy being treated like you don't matter, I suggest you plan your events...
