EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ALONG WITH HAVING A DISGUSTING PERSONALLY REPRESENTING THE STORE!!! First I would like to say, I have ALWAYS loved getting my Coffee from Dunkin for YEARS as in YEARS!!! Sometimes even twice a day! Throughout the years, there were little mix ups here and there on their end but "Hey" we are human and i was understanding. Therefore, they accommodated me and corrected my order without any problems. It's called being compassionate and reasonable. However, today Wednesday 06/26/2024 at THIS LOCATION IS BEYOND FROM THE CASE. The Employee (Kimberly) was unethical, unprofessional and extremely DISRESPECTFUL with all the meaning of the word.
Everything starts normal at the drive-thru, the employee was polite but a hostile. (I let it pass by me due to the fact it was already late afternoon, which i may understand the mood to go home already) I ordered the following:
"A Medium Caramel Crazed Iced Latte with an extra shot of expresso, 4 liquid sugar and extra caramel."
"Medium Caramel Crazed Iced Coffee with one shot of expresso, with extra caramel"
Along with donuts. So far so good. Drove down towards the window, which (Wade) a young gentleman, assisted me in paying for my order. I received my donuts from Wade and my two coffees from the employee Kimberly (At this moment she seems to be pleasant). I drove away from the drive-thru noticing that my two coffees were not satisfactory. My significant other agreed the same. I turned around and drove up to the Drive-Thrue window, this is where the unpleasant employee (Kimberly) approached the window. I have addressed to her that the Coffee was incorrect and it was not tasting like a coffee with expresso. The audacity that this individual had, to let me and my significant other know that I was the one whom ordered it that way with a disrespectful tone, blind sided me. I tried to speak to her again, to deescalate her behavior towards us, but she repeatedly let us know (With a rude tone) that she made it right! My significant other explained to her that we have gone to this location without any problems, and she continued to argue at us, as if we were both children. The employee (Kimberly) completely yelled at us and closed the Drive-Thrue window and walked away. After a few minutes waiting, next to the window, she walked by, completely ignored us and walked towards the mid section of the store. I was trying my best not to become upset with her unnecessary behavior, so I managed to park and my significant other agreed to get down and speak to her. The moment my significant other walks in, he asked her again if she could assist in making the coffee again. From my view in the car, I noticed the hostile movement from the employee (Kimberly) to my significant other. This is where I had to get into the store with my 6 year old daughter. I had to calm my significant other down, while the employee KIMBERLY kept yelling and treating us horrible. The argument and being disrespectful was outcalled for. From my end, I tried to speak as civil as possible, but the manager yelled at me to put my card in and that I am getting a REFUND! (All we wanted is for our coffee to be redone) She also snatched the receipt out of my hand and dared to tell us that after the REFUND they will dump out our coffee. Snatching the receipt out of my hand is extremely disrespectful. That was not necessary if we were simply asking to have our coffee redone. Obviously, we were not going to keep it the old ones if new ones were going to be made.
I am extremely upset with the overall experience and i feel terrible for the young employee (Wade) who had to witness the unethical behavior of his COWORKER.
I was going to call the authorities for assault but wanted to prevent discomfort in front of my child.

For several weeks now almost every morning there’s been a shortage of either employees or food or both. Times are difficult for everyone so you cut some slack, get creative find something else and everyone goes on about their day. However, this morning was a very different experience. This morning I went inside to order, and the young woman taking my order was not nearly as friendly or even smiling. I was the only one inside ordering and I asked for many items one of them being a vanilla bean coolatta (not sure if that’s spelled correctly) with a raspberry pump to mimic a cotton candy flavor my young daughter has grown to love with whipped cream. I was told to wait for my items at the pickup area 10 feet away. While waiting I observed another woman who had ordered on the app discussing her order that was completely incorrect with a gentleman who was offering to remake it (kudos to this guy for at least trying) then I look over and my order is sitting at the “order here window” where 3 ladies are whispering and giggling and having a good time and said they tried to get my attention. Ok no worries I grab my stuff and head to the car because it’s testing day at the high school and we needed to get going! I get out to the car and go to hand my 5 year old her drink that I noticed didn’t have whipped cream on it and realized their snickering was because it was rang in as a frozen coffee with raspberry pump. So I took it inside and told them that had my daughters drink been made properly it probably would have been delicious like always as opposed to a nasty drink that was the bud of their jokes this morning. So I highly recommend if you visit this location go thru the drive thru as the young woman who works mornings there is a wonderful, helpful young lady who’s always fixed any mistakes respectfully and kindly as opposed to going inside where you’ll find several very lazy, very unprofessional ladies mocking customers and laughing at them. Do better Dunkin’ Donuts you’re a national chain and should hold your employees to a higher standard then a group of ladies doing nothing while 2 or 3 other employees...
Read moreI was in this area for work for 2 weeks. I visited this location 3 times per day for my coffee. This is one of the best I've been to. I had to ask for my mobile order a couple of times in the evening, but usually it was only one person working and the drive thru was a bit busy. But they were all nice and made my coffee asap.
One of my coffees had a ton of grounds and they replaced it no problem, but other than that coffee was on point. In the evenings they had fresh coffee. One night they brewed it fresh when they got my order as they realized it was old. Day shift, as busy as they are, always had my order ready, even if I ordered only 3 minutes in advance.
This one particular shift leader always yelled "have a good day!" as busy as they were, she still made a point to acknowledge me when i was grabbing my coffee.
Thanks for being a 5 star dunkins! People say they visit a lot of locations, but when I tell you I do, let's just say I travel every week for work, and if I find a good DD, as you saw I will go 3 times a day. You guys really are a great crew, keep it up!
The person from New England that rated 1 star because they got too much ice, so now this is the worst dunkins ever, I'm from MA myself, but to rate 1 star when you did not ask for a replacement "they didn't even offer a replacement" ask!! They're all so nice. Some of them are young, you got a sorry thats how I was taught. You got a nice apology, offering a replacement isn't the first thing that may come to mind to an inexperienced crew member. You're next line should have been "can you please make me a new one with less ice." I have to ask for replacements sometimes, and most of the time, the person is nice and does it no problem. If this is the worst dunkins you've ever been to, you clearly have not visited a lot of dunkins. Trust me, I've been to many terrible locations. This location is truly one of the best.
