UPDATE; they’ve had it 5 times now. Still doing the same things. However gettle refuses to touch it anymore. The changed the throttle body and we thought that would fix it. But it didn’t. So now I’m stuck with a car that is stuck in safe mode constant that doesn’t go over 45 mph. When I brought it to them in April I had an oil leak. And a bad window actuator. Then all my door locks mysteriously went bad and so did all my tire sensors now somehow as well. Awfully weird that my car was great until they took my engine out of it to repair the oil leak. And they didn’t put back together right.
Well they’ve had my car in 3 going on 4 times now. I can’t give them more than 3 stars because of it. I started out with Drew as my service advisor. Alls he did was treat me like I was stupid. Lied to me constantly and didn’t even write down everything that was wrong with my car. Second time same thing. My car was hesitating, I would step on the gas and it would chug like not want to go anywhere. Drew would say that’s the turbo. Ummmm no it’s not. I’ve had my car 2.5 years my car has never done this until you touched it at the first visit. Drew also refused to charge it all back to my warranty that all of it should have went back on my warranty. Hes made me pay $1,000 for my warranty when my deductible was only $500. The second visit he came up with some bs that I had to pay for new actuators for my doors because once again after they touched my car my door locks just mysteriously stopped working. Drew treated me like I was stupid again I told him repeatedly what was wrong with my car and again didn’t write it all down. The third time I went to the GM and the head service guy. They were amazing!! However. My car is still not fixed. At this point the money they have had to dump into my Buick isn’t even worth it at this point. Just give me a new car. My Buick is worth maybe $8,500. And they’re pushing that for all the work they’ve done. And for it to still be running like crap and not fixed going on the fourth time is just crazy to me. Now the GM and the head of service have been amazing. I will not fault them for that. But at this point and time I’m so over the entire situation that should of been taken care of the first visit when they had my car for 2 weeks. Then had it again for a week. Then again for 4 days. Read moreI arrived at 2:59 and pulled into the service lane. Employees passed by me without a word. I had no idea I needed to get out of my car and walk into the service center since most dealerships greet you and start service in the lane. No big deal. The lobby entrance area was a wide open space with representatives on the left and right sides. There were six employees but not one of them greeted me. I had no idea where I was supposed to stand or who to walk up to. One woman sitting at a desk told me she was not a service advisor and couldn't help me. Every one could hear our conversation but not one service advisor spoke up or looked up. After 4 minutes my service advisor asked if I was being helped. I was insulted by the question because he was right there to hear my exchange with the woman who told me she couldn't help me. My rep barely made eye contact with me and seemed annoyed. I didn't feel welcomed at all. A couple of minutes later another woman walked in. She did the same thing. I did standing hopelessly in the open space. Waiting to be acknowledged. Finally, she simply shouted out her name saying she was there to pick up her car. Curiously, my service advisor did not acknowledge her or even look up, but the service advisor next to him looked up and told her to go sit in the waiting room. Still my service advisor said nothing. The other man reached toward me and retrieved a file with the woman's name on it and shout it out to her to come back. By that time she was already in the waiting room and did not hear him so he had to round the desk to go get her and bring her back. He handed her the keys and said her car was done. As she left the lobby, my service advisor shouted out to her by saying thank you. We'll see you next time. The other service advisor looked at my service advisor and said I took care of that for you. As for my service, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting for a simple oil change. I think this is a poorly run service department with very bad customer service. Read moreMy wife has had her 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation in FIVE (5) times for the same issue!!! First of all I’ve spent over $250,000 in vehicles with them on 4 years so you would think the customer service would me a whole lot better. She’s had to take off 5 times from work and been with our a vehicle as them only offered uber within 10 miles of the dealership. Left without transportation for multiple days. On several occasions. The for t end was out of alignment and them on the second trip it was on by the way you have a PIN MISSING!! Them they accused her of going off road when she clearly had not! She only had maybe 20,000 miles in her truck. Them they had to order a FACTORY part, took more time off when the part came in only to be told after being with out her vehicle all day that they ordered the WRONG PART and of she could come back next week! It was 2 weeks! And yet more time off work an other uber home be cause it with in 10 miles. Out the”new pin in”. Had to take the truck BACK in because the PIN THEY PUT IN FELL OUT!!!! Them took it BACK IN AGAIN for them to tel us they were going to well it in this time! MORE TIME OFF WORK AND NO VEHICLE! then had to take it back AGAIN ! Now they are saying it’s “operator’s error” because it us being “oversteered”. And on this most the ent (5th) trip in all of the sudden there is allegedly a leveling kit and Aftermarket struts on the truck! FIRST the truck was BOUGHT FROM GETTLE PUNTA GORDA FL!!! SECOND IT ONLY HAD 2000 miles on it and all documents at purchased never indicated any modification a to the vehicle and was CERTIFIED by GETTLE. WE WERE THERE OVER NINE (9) HOURS JUST TO PURCHASE the vehicle!!! NOTHING EVER DISCLOSED!!! There is an OBVIOUS issue when you just pull out of a parking spot, turn a corner and it does t matter of its to the left it right!!! THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE!!!
