Worst staff there! They are more worried about the cigarette break then the customers! As we get to the store Sylvia ask if we can wait cause she was smoking ! She looked off, very hot and bothered ! As we waited inside , shortly after she came in ! We where in the store to pre order our Iphone 7 and first where told you can only do it online! Not only has the person next to me, my sister just pre ordered 2 I phone 7! We are on the same plan !! The I phone forever plan ! After discussing how my sister just pre ordered hers at another location Sylvia some how could pre ordered it and we didn't have to go online ! But now she doesn't have a clue what she was doing trying to charge fees that are out of the question due to the fact there are no fees! Went to a real sprint store and they where happy to pre order it with no fee cause there isn't supposed to be !! Sylvia was very disrespectful and that would not be tolerated and a place of business!!!! She demanded we leave and go to the sprint in port Charlotte cause she wasn't going to help! What a employee! If she didn't know what she was doing, at any phone store if the rep didn't know they would call the service provider and ask but she refused to do so ! And then said if I kept my attuide up it wouldn't be good!!? Excuse me but I am the customer and I have a right to be upset when a EMPLOYEE IS BEING RUDE AND NOT HELPING WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE AND TELLING ME TO GO ELSE WHERE CAUSE SHE WAS UNABLE TO HELP NOR DO HER JOB! My wife had a Samsung Note 4, and it died on her. We needed to know if it was just a battery or the phone itself. ( of course it wasn't the battery, the phone had completely crapped out, but considering the phone's at least six years old that's not too bad.) The people there were very very friendly, and within 20 minutes had her in a new phone, an LG v40 thin Q, which I also have and love. I didn't know how she would like it at first because the Note 4 is so big, but she's been using mine a lot lately anyway so she's pretty used to it. At any rate, the guy and gal there were really nice, and very helpful. The only problem with the Sprint store in Punta Gorda is it's a near death experience trying to get into and out of the parking lot, and trying find a place to park, because it's right next to Publix.
