( of course it wasn't the battery, the phone had completely crapped out, but considering the phone's at least six years old that's not too bad.) The people there were very very friendly, and within 20 minutes had her in a new phone, an LG v40 thin Q, which I also have and love. I didn't know how she would like it at first because the Note 4 is so big, but she's been using mine a lot lately anyway so she's pretty used to it. At any rate, the guy and gal there were really nice, and very helpful. The only problem with the Sprint store in Punta Gorda is it's a near death experience trying to get into and out of the parking lot, and trying find a place to park, because it's right next to Publix. Great fun is had by all entering and...
