Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Purvis

Went to the drive thru 2 months ago for a small breakfast burrito. The girl that took my order was at the window when I pulled up. She was small, with a long ponytail. She took my debit card, rung me up, and then told me to pull around. I told her, "Not without my debit card." She then rolled her eyes and handed it to me and then rudely told me to pull around. I wasn't sure where exactly "pull around" was. So I parked out front. 36 minutes went by and I finally went in to see what was going on. The rude window girl told me she couldn't find me, that I pulled around too far. A shorter, older gal offered to remake my burrito because it was cold now. I said, "No, I just want my money back." The older gal then said, "Well we just changed out the register so we can't do that." I teared up, already had a tough morning losing a friend and I just walked out. I will never go back there. Ever. Worst service. No one in...

I’ve I could give 0 stars I would. Not a table clean food all over the floor, thought maybe they have just been busy I’ll over look it. Food came out pretty fast I would say, once getting my double cheese burger no pickle, no secret sauce, it had all of the above no big deal they are new, I’ll over look it and just ask to make me another one, manger snatched my burger out of my hand, made me a new one. Once getting back to the table upon looking at my double cheese burger, was plain with only one patty instead of the double cheese burger I paid for, no big deal I’ll just eat it and grab some ketchup from the condiment section, no ketchup there I’ll just ask for some, manager once again threw 1 packet of ketchup on the counter with the worst attitude. Needless to say I asked for my money back and will take my business else where. I hate that Purvis can’t have somewhere nice to eat with somewhat decent...

Purvis, MS When you walk in, you see The Table's were dirty with food still on them and the counter tops as well. The manager seemed to have an attitude with his associates and how to treat them. As he came up to the register to take my order, he acted like it was beneath him and stated that he needed help up here. The lady that came up looked Clueless as to how to operate the register with no social skills either. When I received my food. It was just thrown on my plate. My biscuit was uncooked. I was short my scrambled eggs. I know I could have taken it back and asked to be fixed. But was worried that they would have done something to it beside add the eggs and fix the problem. I know that this complaint is just a drop in the bucket. And nothing will be done. I will not waste my money in this establishment again. I hope other customers have better service...
