McDonald's — Restaurant in Purvis

Mcd's is not like a lot of places I was homeless for almost three years and in that time the one fast food place that treated me with respect and decently, was McD's some of the best people I met during this time I met there, when I had my Hart attack the employees there was so kind to me, and looked after me until the ambulance got there, most places just look at people that are homeless and think ohh no they are going to hurt our business, but not McD's not just this one but everyone I visited while I was homeless, treated everyone the same, and even at times would offer to buy my meal so I could have money to last me all month, never ask me to leave after I finished my meal, maybe because I never ask anyone for anything, but I will say this when I go for a burger or chicken sandwich it will be at McD's because they cared about me when nobody else did, and the food is great even off...

Visiting from out of town and stopped here for breakfast. The girl taking orders was nice enough but doesn’t know how to ring orders up properly. She didn’t seem to understand the difference between meals/combos and individual items so we were charged $30 for 3 breakfast “meals”. When I brought it up to the manager, I was seemingly dismissed with an “okay” and not even given an apology. On top of all that, the wait for one coffee was 15 minutes. We were shorted a hash brown, probably because our order wasn’t rung up properly. Staff was on break in the lobby in the midst of the chaos. Half the orders were being walked out, the other half wasn’t. Food was alright, wasn’t hot-wasn’t cold. Placed a mobile order before 12. Sat in the McDonald’s drive thru for 10 minutes before eventually pulling around to the window. They were talking with the lady in front of us. When we got to the window and told them we had 2 mobile orders they said they were closed and couldn’t do nothing about it. We told them we ordered before they closed and they discarded us. One of them being a manager. We went to one of the only stores open and came back because that’s where our truck was and THE MANAGER had 3 iced coffees, a caramel frappe, and a bag of food. Mind you one of the things we ordered was a caramel frappe, a regular soft drink, and chicken nuggets.
