I'm a bit tired of a 20-something manager who has completely drank the kool aid. He tries to squeeze extra money out of me because I didn't say the right words to order.
I have ordered the same pizza there for over ten years. Every time I speak to this particular employee, the pizza is twice as much. He always gives me menu price and forgets there's a discount or coupon. I argue, and he goes through this whole speech about how he's doing me a favor in giving me a coupon. Kind of rings hollow when you hear it all the time.
It's completely gross. I don't need brainwashed privileged people squeezing extra dollars for some corporation. I was also in there last night. I heard him mention to an employee he was clocked out but still working.
He is not helping our society. Working for free is ridiculous. He forgets every advertisement unless you mention it. That's good business for Marco's. That's awful for our community. If you don't order something and add the total yourself, it's likely you overpaid.
Update: No I would not like to give you my contact information over facebook or twitter. Most legitimate businesses use email and such to communicate. It's not even called twitter anymore. I don't use the service, yet I know that and you do not.
This is kind of indicative of the problem. I am allegedly the customer. I have received poor service multiple times. You are still making demands what I need to be doing different.
Could you please give further examples of how little your customers...
Read moreLast few times I've ordered have been pretty bad. I'm a pizza vet, been working in the industry since 2010. Messed up last order and offered a $10 credit, awesome. Called in a couple months later (today) and asked if I had a credit, and it was confirmed, nice! Ordered online, and got to the store, and then was told there was no credit on my account. I get it, it's Friday, probably had the credit under a duplicate account I have with them, happens at the stores I supervise, just gotta do some searching to find the correct account with the credit, but no biggie, I pay the price and the kid tells me my sauces are in the box. I'm a pretty chill and trusting dude, so I parted ways and headed home. Bummer, icing missing for my cinnamon bread, and the extra sauces I paid for are gone. Sorry Marcos, your food is pretty good, but your service is whack. Jets in Chelsea or Howies in Stockbridge won't let you down, and email me if they do and I'll personally tend to your issue, but Marcos... I gave you a chance tonight and you flubbed it up. I might come back in 2025, but I'm taking an extended leave from this location until they can put a little more effort into making sure the food that's going out the door is correct.

Read moreOrdered a Triple Pepperoni Magnifico on line and received an email confirmation with the pickup time. We I arrived at the store to pick it up they didnât have any order for me. I showed the employee the email who then replied, âI donât know what to tell you.â She offered to take my order and when I said Triple Pepperoni Magnifico I was informed that they were out of the pepperoni.
This isnât the first time Marcoâs online ordering didnât work. So if you order online never, ever pay for it before you actually get what you ordered.
Wouldnât you think that if a national pizza chain was running a big promotion that theyâd be sure to have the product on hand?
I left empty handed, deleted the Marcoâs app and...
