Tubby's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Putnam Township

I am the Mom who usually cooks for big events, but for our son’s 4th bday party/Halloween party I wanted a break. The crew at Tubby’s made that happen 10 fold! My favorites about choosing Tabby’s in Pinckney for our event:

1st ordering was easy and straightforward which this Momma of 5 appreciates! (We ordered from the catering menu)

2nd the price point was perfect, we have ordered from other places for events in the past and this price and amount of food we got was awesome. (40 ish adults 10 ish kids)

3rd the order was on time and the team was so friendly and even seemed excited for my party!

4th the food was delicious! Everyone at the party was surprised it came from Tabby’s and we had zero leftovers but everyone was well fed!

Only thing I would change is the salad, people didn’t realize it was a salad because of the way it is set up they thought it was more toppings for the subs.

The team there really has changed everything and they are genuinely excited and thankful for the business so if you had tried Tubby’s before and haven’t been happy give this new management a chance. They should for sure be on your list for quality and delicious in the...

Odd, I rated this Tubby's shop yesterday evening and it isn't even showing up on the reviews. So here goes it again. The meat is so over cooked, it is rubbery, the buns have changed from the original buns but they are not too bad. You need to cook your onions until soft and then add the meat to cook only another minute so you can taste that it is meat and not a bunch of small rubbery pieces of God knows what? Food was good as usual but my real review is of the guy working. Tuesday and 6:45 pm or so there is only one person manning the whole place. Three others and myself showed up at the same time, and a woman that ordered through DoorDash came in a few minutes later and started harassing him about when the order would be ready.
