Wendy's — Restaurant in Putnam Township

My husband went and picked up a quick dinner this evening (11/22/23) for our family and every burger we received once we got back home was uncooked! Red, raw, stringy cold nastiness! My husband called and spoke to a "manager" about this situation and she seemed full of excuses that they were "busy". However, while waiting in line there was only one other vehicle. Potentially causing many people to get very sick from uncooked meat is horrible. We have had previous minor problems with this Wendys such as receiving the wrong items or a burger having cheese when specially asked for no cheese. Those were issues that may have been annoying at times but serving raw meat is deplorable and we will never go back and can't recommend anyone go there until either that cooker is looked into or the staff get better at...

Food was what you expect at a Wendy's. However, service way not good. The team forgot to give us our frostys we ordered so I went in to get them. A worker was coming back from cleaning the bathrooms with cleaning equipment wearing gloves and a mask. Instead of taking time to wash her hands after taking off her gloves and mask, she thought it was appropriate to touch food equipment to serve the missing frostys. She became upset when I asked her to wash her hands. I let her rant but then asked for someone ense to serve the frostys. While not my area of expertise, I doubt the health department would approve of workers refusing to wash hands after leaving...

I ordered a big bacon classic, as I started out of the parking lot I look into the bag and the sandwich seemed really small. I opened up the wrapper and they forgot the BACON on a big BACON classic. So I go back and the girl at the window was extremely rude but I eventually got a replacement. But the burger was sloppy and gross to the point I don't think I can ever go to a wendys again. I will forever have this experience ingrained in my memory and just thinking about their food is enough to make me want to throw up. This used to be a decent store, I do not know what happened but...
