Slice of heaven — Restaurant in Putnam

Horrible customer service 12/2623 @ 530p. Woman answers the phone “slice of heaven please hold” I hear the phone ring her taking care of customers cash out customers and then the phone rings again she puts them on hold. After being on hold for 6 minutes I called back put on hold without being able to speak she puts the phone down again. Total time of 16 minutes I call back and get a man on the phone ask for manager he says he is and “what do you want?” Very poor customer services not the normal husband and wife. Man dark hair with glasses and girl with curly hair needs phone etiquette. Most pizza places get business by word of mouth. Nearly 5 years being in CT never had experience like this. . I called to speak with someone about a REDUCED PRICE. Since nachos were not added to my taco salad and diet soda was what was offered to my coworker instead of what I ordered. The girl that answered went to speak with the “owner” and he got on the phone…. I told him my request for a reduced price. Because I did NOT receive what I ordered. He immediately begins yelling at me and cursing at me… YES cursing at me saying “F” you !! “F” bring the salad I’ll give you your “F” money back. I said first off I’m not cursing or yelling at you. He continued to curse at me then hung up the phone on me. i delivered on a Friday night at 6pm. when i called i was told first that delivery would be an hour. seeing as cooking would also take me an hour, i persisted with my order. the phone call was easy and am grateful for the forewarning on the delivery time.i ordered a cheeseburger no tomato no lettuce no mayo. my boyfriend is picky and would get upset if he ended up not enjoying his meal. he also got onion rings. i got a chicken cutlet club sandwich with french fries. delivery was only 35 minutes max. the driver was friendly. i had no problem tipping her, she was serving with a smile in the pouring rain. food came hot and cheap. my boyfriend ate his whole plate and im looking forward to finishing my sandwich off tomorrow. will be...
