UPDATE - winter 2021 We just attended the production of WHITE CHRISTMAS and it was fantastic. Great musicians and actors! We are so happy to have such a great theatre in this area! UPDATE- summer 2021 The Bradley is back in business and you need to be a part of it. We attended the John Denver tribute and it was the best. So much fun! A great old place, great people, great actors and overall wonderful entertainment! They have made the old Bradley theatre into a real gem of Putnam CT. Add dinner at one of the many restaurants and you have a great evening! Plenty of parking around town too, and interesting things to see as you walk along.

This is a wonderful little gem of a theater in northeast Connecticut. Pretty intimate, seating 3-400 folks on the floor and in the balcony. The community theater supports 6 theatrical productions annually, as well as special events such as 4 standup comedy nights and varied other shows including the most recent one I saw just last evening, a John Denver tribute band (Chris Collins and Boulder Canyon) which was EXCELLENT. Even though the theater was quite full with folks sitting shoulder to shoulder, the theater was upfront about the rules…presenting your covid vaccination documentation on entry and then wearing a mask throughout. They served no food except bottled water. Standing ovation,...

Nice quaint little theatre. Show was very good. Ticket prices were ok but concession prices were very reasonable. We sat up top but I had time to check out the view from multiple seats and a lot of the seats have obstructed views. There is not very much pitch to the seating so if you have anyone with height in front of you then your view is blocked. I’m 6ft and I still had an obstructed view from the back row on the balcony, and my young daughter had a tough time seeing. It’s an old building so not much they can do about it. I...
