Jade Garden of Putnam — Restaurant in Putnam

I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted by this business decision to fail to deliver food to my brother. My brother lives in an assisted living place that this business claims they have delivered food for the last 5 years multiple times. They dropped it off at the assisted living place and let anyone take his food without caring about whether he received it or not. Just like they dropped off food to a strangers house and did not call to confirm if that was the actual person. And because my brother can only call during certain hours I did not find out that he did not receive his food until the next day. The business kept saying over and over again that this has never happened yet they fail to take accountability for not making sure his food was received by him. It is extremely disgusting how they handled this situation, I highly recommend you find some where else to get your food from they don’t care if you receive it or not. They failed to understand the circumstances and claimed it was not their fault. This is insane, this place is very inconsiderate and refused to make the situation right. They did not offer to deliver his food to him again or offer to refund my money to me. I do not even live in Putnam I live 3 hours away. I ordered the food for my brother not even myself. This place is unbelievable and I will NEVER order from them again. Take your business elsewhere they are just trying to make a quick buck without...

I ordered a small order of food and it took over an hour to be delivered and when I called to see where it was they said they'd be leaving on a minute but in the same breath said if it will be longer they will call me and let me know! So over an hour later when I finally got it it was freezing cold so I called and they were very rude and didn't even want to replace it! Finally they said they would. So when they brought the new order they said they wanted the old one back I let them know I threw it in the trash (mind you this is all going on at my church) the man (the restaurant owner) barges his way through the door sand says no I need it back and watched me dig it out of the trash! So who ever called after he returned to the restaurant and ordered pork fried rice, chicken wings, beef teriyaki or chicken fingers got it from the TRASH!! I will never eat from this place again EVER!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS...

Have ordered here a few times , been OK. The last couple times were mediocre at best but I figured I'd gove it a try. I went in. I ordered a combination to go which had pork Fried Rice, chicken fingers, a Spring roll and ordered some additional fried shrimp, and it also came with wanton soup. The only thing that was remotely warm was the fried shrimp which was so over fried the batter was not even chewable. Everything else tasted like it had been precooked, everything was completely dried out chewy the rice was undercooked and hard. Even the soup was ROOM TEMP. I tried to be nice and call and tell them that I was disappointed in my order.And was told it was because it took me 12 minutes to get home and fried food don't stay warm. HOW ODD. It stays warm from everywhere else. I Do not appreciate Paying nearly forty dollars for a terrible meal and then awful service to boot. DO NOT RECOMMEND ....
