Hi my name is Charles are devivo I recently got a phone and I went decided to go with Verizon cuz I knew they were the best and they absolutely are including the store in Putnam Connecticut off of Kennedy Drive I just add to it that I've had exceptional, repeat exceptional service I've beenI've been in a lot many times over and over at least 3 to 4 times a week because these guys go out of their way to help me to where where I can learn different things about my phone it's so nice to have this group of people do so much for everyone they always saying hi the curliest always told people that you know hold on a minute I'll be right with you some of it you know all of them do like two things at once because it's either like a pain man or something simple they have to fix and why they're waiting for other information to come from somebody some other customer! So and all due respect please show your appreciation to these group of great honest comforting people that work in the Putnam store, cuz I've been in other stores where I haven't had the service that these guys offer which is the best of the best always every visit every time I love these people here that like my best friend part of my family! :-) so in my ending of this message and rate and review I have to say Charles are devivo wouldwould give more than five stars for this Kennedy Drive Putnam Connecticut office. I was told the new version was a A-12 and the out the door was $288.00 including the pay off of the phone I have. I get there and it was Not in stock as was told earlier. I waited 2 weeks and went there, They came out with the replacement of a $1200.00 phone... I stated that I was getting the A-12, Oh I am sorry we must have mixed it up. Then they came out with the Samsung and stated, I am sorry but the 1 that came in was defective but we have this $400.00 one to replace it. I just got very disappointed and walked out. Be careful, you talk to them ,get set but when you arrive it is a different story. Seems to me this is an upsell tactic. Started at $288.00 and then to a $1200.00 phone to a $400.00 phone. Upon receiving the reply: I went to the Verizon store in Killingly. Walked in, was greeted, Asked how they can make my day a better one, sat down and within 5 minutes I was done. Cameron started the process⦠I had my own iPhone and wanted to retain my phone number, so it wasnāt a normal everyday transaction of getting a new phone and number. In fairly short order, with occasional consultation with Tim, my service was switched over to Verizon. I was stuck in SOS mode for awhile⦠the switch over can take up to 48 hours but I got an email that everything was done at 2am so that was just over 8 hours. I had things that needed doing during the day, but dropped back into the office late in the day Matt determined the source of the problem ⦠badda bing, badda boom⦠problem resolved!
