This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in with a big smile, my day so far had been wonderful. I was "greeted" by Devin (at least that's the name of the server on the receipt). She said "what do you want". I told her a Giant #7. She immediately started chit chatting with her coworker and grabbed white bread. I had to interrupt their gab session to ask for the parmesan bread. Then she said "Mike's Way". I said "no". I asked for a little bit of lettuce, tomatoes, onion...and then she stopped me. She got a very rude, disrespectful tone and said "JUST SO YOU KNOW, YOU ARE ORDERING IT MIKE'S WAY". So even though I was the customer, I was now being challenged and put on the defensive for my order. I said "no. I just want a little bit of the oil and vinegar." Devin said argumentatively "THEN YOU SHOULD ORDER IT MIKES WAY LIGHT." Then she started to grab the salt and I said I don't want salt or any of the spices (which are part of Mike's Way). Devin is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with in my life and my job involves dealing with the public. She was rude, disrespectful, demeaning and argumentative. There was no reason for her to set this tone for the conversation. Just take my order and be done with it. Don't verbally assault the customer. She has absolutely no concept of customer service. Read moreVisited today to pick up an online order that I made in advance. I waited in my car to go in at the time it was supposed to be ready by. When I entered, the order was or course not ready. It was lunch time so I thought no biggie, I’ll wait. I stood and besides for another 10 mins and noticed that they were handing out hot sandwiches from the other side so I walked to that side to see it that’s where the rest of my order would come out. I was asked again by a tall gal who was working the meat slicer if she could help. I said I was just waiting ok the rest of my order and very rudely in front of other customers she snapped at me and said “SHES WORKING ON IT”. I said there was no need to be rude, If it would be longer I’d go back to th car because I had left my family in the car. She continued to berate and say she wast rude. I said yes you were, the order is late and there is no reason to yell at me like that.
Idk who runs this store - I was told manager is Tyler; but the front staff could very much use some extra training in customer service and how to speak to people like humans.

Read moreI am so disappointed by the staff at this location!!!!! We have been there several times since its opened, as it’s convenient for us- but the last few times we have been it hasn’t been good….. There is one particular female that is working there (no name tags so unable to say who she was) but she gives NO welcome NO eye contact when taking your order and ALWAYS gets something wrong with the order - throws a fit (appears to be a fit) and throws the cheese she just cut and put on my sandwich (after I had said no cheese) and I point it out - takes it and throws into the cooler…. God forbid you order a GF sandwich, I LOVE Jersey Mikes GF subs, we know it’s a safe place for me to eat- we visit Jersey Mikes ALOT! The attitude you get when you order one.. There was a young male, appears to be in training- he was the nicest one there, he gave eye contact when he asked you questions and smiled!
