If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, the food took so long to make. Entirely too long for ordering two things. My bagel wasn’t toasted & didn’t have any cream cheese on it as I ordered. Instead of apologizing & fixing their error, the woman with brunette hair in a bun wearing a white shirt with black stripes on it begrudgingly told me it was my fault & went ahead to retoast the bagel I had already had in my possession & touched which is a health code violation.
The chicken frontega sandwich came with barely any meat on it & a single slice of bacon I had to pay extra for. It was poorly put together & partially burnt. When I brought it to their attention, the woman working the drive thru was not helpful to me & went ahead to tell me I had three people ahead of me & it was up to me if I wanted to wait for them to fix it😳 I wanted to return the sandwich & get a refund but Kason, the man in the black shirt with the black chipped nail polish, didn’t respect my no & tried twisting my arm for him to make me the sandwich. I’ve received so much attitude that I did not feel comfortable with them remaking my sandwich!
I’ve never had a worst customer experience in my life! I noticed them being short & rude to the other customers around me but still more apologetic. I can’t help but wonder if it’s because I am black & look young.
I didn’t even get a free treat, which is their policy if the order comes out wrong. I just got a bunch of attitude from a bunch of high schoolers. This took an hour out of my day that I didn’t have.
The staff is very rude, have no customer service skills & they all need to be fired. They are making this place look so bad & I use to love going to this Panera. I was a loyal customer. I am so so disappointed & will not be returning back...
Read moreIt was very disappointing the way staff talks to customer with no respect. My experience was ordering at the drive through and they took forever for orders for people ahead of me. I shared my concern with the girl in the window who took my order and she was very disrespectful and rude and said," I could come in to order, if I am in rush." 1st why should I come in when I know drive through saved my time. 2nd did I ask for her suggestion or I needed it? I don't think so. 3rd to consider importance of time of others and giving respect. Not treating customers like street dogs. 4th have empathy, if its alien for Panera Bread staff, you shouldn't be in this job at all, at the 1st place.
U called manager and explained him about the situation and told him to atleast tell people to let them know if you guys are shorthanded and how long it will take. I didn't wished to be rude. But, taking people for granted makes me upset. I have no idea how much has sunk in him what I said, as I felt that they are all there to get the pay check at the end of the week and enjoy. Its sad! But there is no passion in team for their work. Panerai Bread, Quakertown, PA !...
Read moreI frequent this Panera often to work remotely. The food is always fresh and delicious. Don't skimp - get the chocolate cookie for dessert! More recently, I've noticed how attentive and welcoming the staff has been. Even when the restaurant is extremely busy, the staff are helpful and quick to make any mistakes right.
In particular, there is a young man who wore an orange hat today that I witnessed encourage fellow co-workers, provide guidance to newer employees, take the time to help an elderly couple that ended up ordering the wrong items, and greet each customer with a sincerity. Customer service seems to be slowly diminishing in the food and beverage world, especially with the younger generations. But, he definitely restored my faith that there are hard-working and caring people. I tried to find the manager's email to send this message directly to him/her but was unsuccessful. I hope he sees this review and understands that his attentiveness and positive attitude was not unnoticed. In fact, I believe another customer felt the same way and went out of her way to thank him personally.
Keep up...
