To be fair the service is as only good as to who is working that day. The overall experience is much better than the one in Montgomeryville on 309. They are the awful and no nothing about customer service or how to achieve it. In a word CARELESS. EVERY TIME I HAVE GONE to the one in Montgomeryville they take over 10 minutes for a tall, white chocolate mocha. Simple order. But to be fair this is about Quakertown location. the tip jar is sitting outside in the drive up. I can only say I stopped going there because of the nasty exchange in ordering. Example I say thank you and the response is "yup" not have a nice day. Or take care. Or a many other acceptable customer oriented phrases. I routinely tip most waitress at$40% and it's something I feel so strongly about that I have instilled that in my children all 5 of them there big tippers, I have explained to them this is how the folks make most of there pay, and if your not tipping decently or feel you don't have the money you shouldn't be eating out taking up a space where someone could have been fair about it and for Christmas a few years back I gave my boys a tip card that had the math already done for them based on 10,20,30,40% etc. I know I went into extensive detail. I am a nurse and I work long hard hours standing up for most of the 12-16 hours of my shift, I make good money, I am thankful for a job, thankful for work. In summation I act like I am thankful for my employment. I feel weather you serve coffee or provide Nursing service you should do your job well or move on if...
Read morei have been a regular customer for years. I think I’ve switched jobs 3 times but still continue to be a loyal customer. The staff are just incredibly awesome. They have had some turnover and i will say that i for one will miss some of the old crew. Tori was a staple there for years. She absolutely embodied the mantra and no matter what, always was respectful and courteous and just downright a joy to deal with. I saw interactions with disrespectful customers and she carried herself with poise and dignity. If youre the GM reading this, yes, she was the epitome from what we saw of dedication and customer service. I definitely think the store lost one of the best and would love to see her back.
Laura, Linda, Madisyn are always just an absolute joy to see when we come in. Its a breath of fresh air to see people passionate about what they do and do it well. I know that customers can be difficult and often are but you all and the rest of the staff, that i just dont know everyones names yet are beyond phenomenal. Dont lose the passion. We...

Go to this Starbucks.
It feels confusing to me to be writing this review because I typically sidestep Starbucks for indie cafes, but the staff here has renewed my spirit as a Starbucks evangelist. A shout out to some of the staff who have made my visits here amazing: thank you Kevin, Tori M, Matt, and Megan.
As a business scholar who has over 10 years invested in hospitality (boutique hotels and fine dining) and has been to Starbucks’ all over North America, Asia, and Europe, it’s easy to see the manager operating this branch is doing something right because my experience here this year has been nothing short of extraordinary. This branch undoubtedly stands out as a shining star among the rest.
To be honest, I came here for the first time a few months ago as a desperation move, but my experience has brought me back literally dozens of...
