Great drinks! I've been here often. But early in the morning, sadly I walked into the establishment and immediately spotted the manager of the building "reprimanding" a fellow employee, which in hind sight was easily and apparent that what i saw was a form of punching down. and all the while, while she sat there and took the brunt of his unruly comments, he progressively got more upset and took physical steps in her direction, and even put his hand in her face seemingly to get his point across or shoo her away, regardless as a regular customer it shifted the way i feel about this particular starbucks and the conditions their under-belly employees work in. i ordered my regular drink after so but the damage was done and i wont...

Had mixed feelings about this Starbucks but my last time here made it a one star. All except for a couple of the girls that work here just act like they hate their jobs and show it to their customers. I had a messed up coffee order and tried to explain it to the barista only for her to throw her hands in the air and walk away saying "I don't know". And today they said the incorrect name and left my coffee sitting there without letting me know, as I stood right there for 15 minutes wondering where my coffee could be. The woman cashier who worked there this afternoon was extremely rude and unprofessional. I usually get Strawberry Acai Lemonade without ice, so I asked politely for no ice, and she said no ice cost extra money. (The way she said it to me was rude) THAT WAS INSANE!!!
