I am a faithful customer of Angelinas. Only pizza I eat. My family and I order atleast twice a month from them! Over the last few months I am sad that the food has gone down hill! There must be a different cook during the week because the manager who I believe is also the owner always cooks everything perfect! His brother who co owns delivers and my food is always perfect! Tonight I ordered and there was mold in my chicken finger and the pizza box was dented and my pizza not ruined but messed up! I’m sad because this was my favorite place! I still chose to eat here called tonight and they told me they no longer will deliver to my address because I wrote this review! I have been ordering from here since before these owners. It’s the only pizza I eat and the only pizza my AUTISTIC son will eat as well but I was informed tonight I am no longer allowed to order from them! My whole family orders from here. Sister cousins nieces nephews aunts uncles! It’s too bad they lost a whole family generations of people that were faithful customers even for our parties over something that they served! My autistic son doesn’t understand why he can’t have his favorite pizza. Very disappointed!

Called in a pickup order, the guy over the phone was sorta rude. The sub was okay. The wrap was small for the price. The service and customer interaction when picking up wasn't that great. We tried having a polite conversation by saying your welcome and thank you , but the guy behind the counter seemed to be having a bad day. The place was completely empty. And they seemed confused as to our order when we came to pick up.

Angelina on Hancock in Quincy stays open pretty late and offers up the usual pizza place options. I decided on what was supposed to be a chicken cutlet basket that ended up being a chicken tender sandwich. For 20 bucks it seemed to be a little overpriced but the sandwich was pretty tasty so I couldn’t really complain.

I have always loved coming here. The food is always fantastic and the staff (both times they got new owners in the past since 2006) had been super friendly and gave off a happy/family atmosphere even on slammed days. BUT.. the restaurant has recently gotten a new owner and I am VERY disappointed in my two and only not to mention LAST visit there (sadly). My first visit there I planned on getting a salad. When I asked the girl up front about what was in the chicken salad she asked the owner who rudely looked at me and said with an attitude that it was mixed with mayo (ok.. i meant what was added in the greens). I didn't bother correcting him because I was afraid he would spit in my food or something. I still tipped them. I had asked the girl not to put carrots in it and to my dismay there were carrots (thank god i wasn't allergic) and there was a lovely fruit fly that seemed to not want to leave my food alone. The salad was decent but I'd say a bit too much mayo. I only ended up eating half the salad and left. Two days later went there again looking for a sandwich despite my first time not going very smooth. This time the service was 100% better. I ordered a turkey sandwich. Unfortunately every table wasn't wiped down (or maybe was half a**ed) so I had to choose the least dirty and wipe it myself despite there being enough staff. As I waited which at this point was 13 minutes, I noticed that a couple that came after me had gotten their chicken parm subs before me. Then I saw that a woman who came after the couple had gotten her food before me as well. Needless to say I politely went to the front, asked for a refund because I had to be somewhere, and walked out never to return. What...

Had an inefficient encounter with the manager over the phone. I ordered my food through grub hub which sends it over to them. Do not get me wrong, computer software is not 100 percent efficient and we all know there is room for probable error. With that being said I waited an hour and a half for my food, but it never came. I called Angelina's and the girl I spoke with KNEW MY EXACT ORDER and told me it was on the way. I waited another thirty minutes and then called back. This time I got the extremely rude and hostile guy who I have spoken with before so I know who he is. He immediately started screaming at me telling me not to blame him, blame grub hub because he never got my order and that basically he didn't know what I was talking about. First, the girl I spoke with first knew my exact order, so how is it possible for you to not know what my order is or have received it? Regardless, he continued to cut me off over and over again with complete disregard that I obviously am a paying customer who is calling to inquire on my order that was placed two hours ago. I eventually lost my cool and hung up. This place DOES HAVE EXCELLENT FOOD, but regardless how good food may be, if you have an extremely horrible management staff that does not have the first clue about how to properly conduct a service encounter, YOUR FOOD IS WORTHLESS. I was a loyal customer here, but now I will never order...
