Burger King — Restaurant in Quincy

The only fast food I eat are the fish sandwiches at any fast food restaurant. I ordered the fish sandwich which was number 10 in the drive-thru. The fries were good no problem with the fries. I asked for an iced tea and the girl had no idea what I was asking for. I don't blame her for that really but I'm sure everybody's heard at least of iced tea. She was very confused, had no idea put in Coke. When I got to the window I said I asked for iced tea and so she went to ask somebody and came back and said we don't have iced tea. I'm fine with that That's not an issue. However the fish sandwich was horrid. The fish was burnt and hard I couldn't eat it I ended up throwing it away. I am willing to give a lot of leeway because I know the business is very difficult. People complain about not enough ice cubes and nonsense. But if you're going to have something on the menu it should at least not be hard as a rock, it was inedible. I ended up taking this fish part out and just eating the bun with the accoutrement. The young lady at the window was lovely she was very personable I'm not taking anything away from her in that regard. Just a fish sandwich was not good at all. This review is based on my latest 3 visits to the store. This BK location used to be good, but it has been going downhill lately.

My first visit was through the drive thru, the line was long, however customer service was good. When I got my order, the chicken sandwich was dried, over fried, and salty.

My second visit was a drive thru as well. I ordered a fries, then the person taking the order asked me what kind of sauce would I like for my fries. I said sweet and sour. Then I noticed they charged me for the sweet and sour sauce.

My third visit was a drive thru as well. I ordered an order of combo with fries, and an order of mozzarella sticks. The person taking the order intentionally substituted the fries (+$2) in the combo with mozzarella sticks, and a side of fries. Although I got the same items as I requested. But there was a $2 substitution charge, which means I overpaid $2 when the person taking the order switched the fries with mozzarella sticks, and putting fries on the side.

This place clearly has no proper management. Everything is disorganized, messy, and no one seems to know what they’re doing. When customers need something extra, they’re ignored or treated with attitude — it feels like the staff don’t even want to be there. And worst of all: there’s a strong smell of marijuana coming from some of the employees, especially the male staff. That’s unacceptable in any workplace, especially in a food establishment. There’s one female employee — dark-skinned with red hair — who is particularly rude. She treats customers with disrespect and is openly hostile even with her coworkers. It creates a toxic and uncomfortable environment. I have nothing to say against the other workers, but this one clearly doesn’t belong in customer service.
