Arrived on a Sat. Evening and yes it was busy. Not every table was full by any means. We weren’t really greeted. A waitress finally saw us and in an annoyed voice said sit wherever. Took forever to get menus. Our waitress (a different one) was not overly friendly. When we ordered my husband asked is the special still going on where you get a free pitcher of Pepsi with your large pizza and she said yes. So then brings out a 2liter which was fine whatever. My regular salad was real skimpy. Ordered mushrooms as an appetizer. We had to ask about them. And she finally brought them out. Then pizza came it was real good. Our waitress did check on us. And then gave us a box and our check. And looked at check. She charged us $3.50 for the 2 liter. So when we went up to pay my husband asked the same annoyed waitress that told us to sit wherever…that he thought you got a free pitcher Pepsi with a large pizza. And she said no in a hateful way it’s only for a 2 topping pizza! And mind you we got a 16” Deluxe…..and she was just going off. And my husband said calm down I was just asking. And as we were walking out we saw table tents on some tables that read weekend special free pitcher of Pepsi with 16”pizza. It wasn’t the idea of paying for the soda, but how it was handled. And not to mention the annoyed waitress had a big hickey on her neck. Just very...

Went for supper with family, a fairly large group of 8 people. There were only 3 servers on at the time, and they were getting slammed-it was our waitresses second day and they desperately needed help getting drink orders, running food and bussing tables. Well the manager Whitney didn't come out to help after 3 tables had gotten up and left due to not getting any service and all other tables had eaten and left. We were there for half an hour before our order was ever taken- our server was stuck doing walk-in togo orders. This whole time Whitney wasn't helping, nor were the other 2 servers. Our food took an hour to get to the table and it wasn't even correct. The bill was 196 and some change- they charged for cups of ice for our tea and pitcher of soda. Then after we got our food and the restaurant had all but cleared out, THATS when Whitney came out to bus tables, and didn't stop to apologize or offer to comp anything. After we left we went to talk out in the parking lot, and Whitney was outside smoking for about half an hour instead of helping her team recover from the tough evening they had. Having worked with this company before I was just extremely disappointed and frustrated we had such a terrible experience and it would've been so easy to fix if the manager had done her job and helped her team when...
