Tried this place for first time a weeks ago and was pleased with taste of pizza and their sauce, but after my second experience with this company, I would never do business with such a poorly run operation ever again. From the young, foul mouthed manager named Brian to the way the company handles their customers when they don't receive their food, and it is over 20 minutes late, by passing them off to their third party service called Door Dash and then state that once their food is the hands of third party service, they are no longer responsible for it, thus if you don't get your food, or you refuse it because it is almost a 1/2 hour late and cold, you are expected to chase after your refund and resolutlion by calling an 877 number that goes to a voice mail and then they send you an email a day later that says they are going to investigate your complaint. So they have my money and I didn't get any food,, but I did get cussed out and hung up on by a snot nosed young man named Brian at the local store. I certainly didn't pay for that! This entire process that Little Caesars has implemented is obviously ludicrist. How does that take care of the customer at the time they ordered and were expecting their food??? And as I write this, I can't tell you how long it will be until I get a refund for food that I didn't get by a third party service that I had no idea existed, but Little Caesars claims that they are not responsible for, yet they contracted with that service to perform deliveries for them? Think about it. A company contracts with a third party service with provisions that bind that third party to performance standards and when the third party contractor dosent do their job, then that IS IN FACT a direct reflection on Little Caesars and their reputation. So, they have a local kid that they gave a title too, who doesn't understand this, and he is cursing me out on the phone, hung up on me, and I called him back to let him know that HIS performance and treatment of me as a customer was now an issue as well and would be reported to corporate. So, last night I had to order from Dominos, which is always prompt, friendly and they have their own drivers who bring your food. And if you have any issues, you call the store and they make it right. So, in comparing the two - Dominos to Little Caesars, I would much rather deal with Dominos,...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive up at 9:10 and ordered two sausage pizzas. There were three cars in front of me, and one of them had pulled forward, waiting for their order. I ordered and waited and waited and waited. The car in front of me sat at the window for 12 minutes. It was 9:25 when I pulled to the window to receive my order. The man said one cheese pizza, right? I said no and that I ordered 2 sausage. He said 11.99. I gave him my credit card to pay. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He walked away to go to another register and came back with my card. No receipt was given to me. He walked away from the drive up window again and it was 9:28 ! He came back and asked me to pull to the side parking area, which I did. Mind you, there were no please or thank you for anything. I pulled to the parking area and again waited until 9:35. I turned off my car and went inside. I asked for a refund if my purchase from the same guy. He asked me what I had ordered. I told him 2 sausage pizzas. He had to call a manager to get me my refund. Neither apologized or even gave me eye contact. I'm done with Little Caesars. ...
Read moreWe stop at Little Caesar's when we are traveling quite often. They are quick and reasonable.
We tried the new menu item, Crazy Puffs. My husband likes them, but I am not a deep dish fan, so it wasn't my taste.
This particular store was very under par as far as staff and cleanliness.
The man that took our order was very rude. I can understand when they are very busy and a clerk is short or even has a bad attitude, but nobody came in the whole time we waited.
I also noted that when our food was ready, we saw the man that took our order refuse to bring it out. Another employee came from the back to give us our food.
My husband and I both own service-based businesses. That type of behavior is...
