Great addition to Quincy Center! Loved the arincini (had a little kick which I loved), the smash burger was incredible (it was perfectly cooked - nice and juicy) and the fries were hot and delicious, my husband had the steak frites au poivre - steak also cooked perfect, I stole a slice of my daughter's cheese pizza which we all loved - it's thin pizza (if I had to compare I'd say closest to a mix between bar and flatbread pizza). For dessert we had the ice cream sandwich which was homemade chocolate chip cookies and strawberry ice cream. Unfortunately I only snagged a small bite of that but it was SO good! Love the vibes here- great music, artwork - they did a great job redoing the place. Great drink menu - loved the local beer list - my favorites Vitamin Sea and Untold on draft. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

I finally had the chance to try this new spot after it took over Idle Hour, and we were impressed! They’ve really brightened up the space, giving it a more welcoming and less moody atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. We shared the crab rangoon dip and also tried the cheese pizza, wings, and burger—all of which were delicious. My partner had the burger and loved it; he said it was juicy with great flavor, and the aioli sauce was a nice touch. If you're into smash burgers, this is a solid choice. The crab rangoon dip was definitely the standout dish for us, and I’d highly recommend it. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. The only suggestion I have is to ease up on the salt in some dishes, but overall, it’s a cool place!

Loved Drifters! It's gorgeous inside and a perfect addition to Quincy Center! Found via an Off The Beaten Path Food Tour, we loved the breakfast tots and tempura beans as well as delicious drinks. Can't wait to come back and try the pizza and smash burgers. Highly recommend!

Great new spot in Quincy. Amazing vibes, a place that makes you feel like you’re home. Elevated bar/gastropub food with a well thought out beer/wine list and STELLAR cocktails (+ some mocktails!). Looking at the food menu, I basically wanted everything. One of those menus where you think, they definitely know what they’re doing and this isn’t just bar food. It has all the classics, but clearly elevated and with a little extra flair. We had the crab Rangoon dip, smash burger, kale salad and the roni pizza. All were very good, well executed dishes with tons of flavor & good presentation. Absolutely coming back to try more of the menu. We went on a Saturday night. No issue getting a table, but the place was rocking. Bar was full pretty much the entire time we were there, but never felt too crowded. Vibes were high. Great spot for a date night, or catch a game, or just hang out with friends. Would be awesome for brunch too! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. You can tell this place has good operators. Really impressed! 10/10!

Oh also, there’s a lot behind it where you can park and it’s cheap! So no worries about trying to...

Went to the bar for dinner. 8 total including me at the bar. The bartender maybe said a total of 10-12 words to me the entire time (her cell phone was more important). With a very limited beer menu but some that they had were great, last thing I or anyone wants with a good craft beer is a frozen glass where chunks of ice float to the top. Learn about beer if you’re going to serve something other than bud and the other crappy big beers

Now the food. Dollar oysters were good but small. But at a buck ya can’t complain too much. Got wings as well and they were ok. When finished my dirty plates were left in front me for longer than expected. Again the bartenders phone held more importance than the guest experience At this rate the place will meet the demise of the ones that were there prior to them opening.

Thanks but no thanks. Plenty of other spots to spend my money at where the staff cares about their customers and the music choice is something other...

First time there and it will not be my last! The atmosphere is incredible! It has such a great vibe. Service was a 10+. Our sever was very sweet, attentive and personable. The food!!!! At first it feels like a small menu but let me tell you it is an amazing menu! I've been a vegetarian for over 35 years so I'm always hoping to have delicious non-meat options and ohhhh myyy Drifters did not disappoint! I had the rabe and mushroom sandwich, don't be fooled by the name and think nothing great, it was outstanding! Hands down the best vegetarian thing I've ever eaten. The fries were awesome, thin and crispy. Zucchini fries were sooo good and the side dressing with it was incredible. Friends got the caprese pizza and raved about it the entire time they were eating it. Others hit the Drifters Smash burger and devoured it, there was not a speck left on the plate! The beers, both draft and bottle were ICE...
