Dunkin' — Restaurant in Quincy

Unfortunately, not a good experience for me. As you can see in the receipt i got charged for a “munchkin” I actually didn’t order. I like my refresher with a little more juice concentrate than green tea and this request has never been an issue at ANY dunkin’ donuts before. However, when I asked the worker why they charged me for something I am not getting she said “if you get a drink and u want more juice we charge extra” This is NOT standard procedure at ANY DD location. It is however a dirty money grab from this place. I complained to the main DD 800- number and the manager called me back to explain to me that for “inventory purposes” they HAD to charge for extra items because juice(? was so expensive for them yada-yada. Borderline, BEWARE of this place and check your order and your receipt. The screen will say one price and when you get to the window to pay is a completely different price. The manager offered me my next 2 visits where he was “giving me the courtesy” to not overcharge me, I let him know it was never about ¢40 and more about the principle of squeezing his customers pockets for profit. If your business is suffering so much from simple requests maybe you should reconsider your business model and your own skills but the customer shouldn’t have to pay for your incompetence. The assistant manager is really condescending as well. Tried to brush off my concern. This dunkin is right down my street and I rather drive farther than to ever set foot on this money grabbing...

This place is a joke! I used to work for this dunkin’ donuts for 6yrs and on top of it, I have 17 yrs experience. I will never work for this place that is called prison.it used to be good before it turned into brazil. You got rude workers.make coffee that’s nasty. Can barely understand any of them and then you hear them complaining if someone orders a sandwich, everyone that works there looks dirty and when ordering a coolatta it tastes bitter because no one cleans the machine the correct way. The girl who works the overnight is also very rude to the customers and she used to be so nice. BTW don’t bring your children into this Dunkin’ donuts they are very rude to your own kids. Before you hire people make sure you hire someone who can speak english correctly. These people don’t even wait for the coffee to finished brewing that’s way your coffee tastes like water. OK, so tell me why do I go through the drive-through and I’m standing sitting there and waiting for someone to like say may I take your order and I have to OK hi hello anyone there are you guys open or close after 10 minutes? I decide that I just wanna walk away and like pass by I see three girls working in there. One of the girls was just completely ignoring me and the other one was just like pointing out and then I had to be like hello are you guys open couple minutes later we are open and the most sarcastic way I have ever heard then the other girl has audacity to say why didn’t you go through the drive-through because I was standing there for 10 minutes and waiting for someone to answer and it’s a busy night like it’s not even busy and it’s nice. There’s literally no cars in front of me or behind me completely ignoring me. This is really bad service and I think they should work on this and I would not recommend you to go there if they’re gonna treat you...
