My daughter and I went to drive thru after her dental appt. It’s always been her favorite place to go after each check up. After the way the gentleman spoke to me at the drive thru window yesterday I’ve probably spent my last $25 at the restaurant. We pulled up and I asked if we could have a minute before placing the order and he responded “order whenever you are ready” we glanced and I began to place my order and he asked me to repeat it so I did once. Then he said again “I’m sorry I didn’t get that” a second time. (Back history) I’ve had throat surgery my thyroid removed which resulted in my vocal cord being paralyzed on one side, sometimes my voice is not loud enough to be heard so my daughter in the seat next to me knows this and spoke up and ordered the food. I believe it was at this point the gentleman thought she was being rude but in fact it was because I couldn’t talk loud enough with the traffic on Broadway to be heard apparently and she could. So we finish the order and pulled up. He asks if I want my receipt and I said yes please. He handed me my receipt and I started to pull forward to park and wait like the cars ahead of me and after pulling forward about 12 inches he yelled out the window at me and my daughter. “You don’t listen very well do you??” Well I’m sorry but I didn’t hear him tell us anything. I assumed we were to park for food but we aren’t from Quincy so I didn’t know the sticker number system that he handed me out the window #95 after yelling I didn’t listen. My daughter was so angry someone did this when we were simply trying to order food and I told her it was a misunderstanding on all parts but I didn’t expect to be told I wasn’t a good listener in a drive thru. When he brought the food out we asked him why he said that? He said it was because we were rude ordering the food. Maybe from the inside it did appear we were rude but from our side I had repeated my order twice and it wasn’t heard. The food had always been good but I’ll can’t say I’ll ever revisit a Culver’s after...

Very delicious food!
Fast service!
Usually helpful and friendly staff.
On today's visit I ordered the double Butter burger topped with bacon, cheese, onion and pickle. Also had ketchup and mustard for the sauces on it. To complete the meal I had a side of onion rings with ranch and a fountain drink of Mello Yellow soda/pop. We all have are preferences and the above is my favorite at Culver's. Their burgers; as well as all their food, are always made fresh to order. Served hot and delicious as always.
Culver's Butter burger has no equal. At least not in Quincy anyway. There are other butter burgers available elsewhere but none of them can hold a candle up to Culver's. Their burger just outshines the rest. Their onion rings are delicious. Battered, not breaded so they are the closest to homemade you will find at any fastfood establishment anywhere.
With a full menu that includes burgers, chicken, beef pot roast and I think even some fish. There should be something for most any meat eater. Not sure if there are any salads on offer here for the herbivores.
Tempted? Why not sample Culver's food and hospitality for yourself? I do not believe you will be disappointed.

Read moreI ordered my food and it finally came to our table, outside on their courtyard. The building looks like it got a recent facelift. Great atmosphere. I received my burger plain, though I ordered a deluxe bacon cheeseburger. I took it back to the counter asking for the deluxe, but in order to get my deluxe I had to have my receipt.
I had left it on the table outside. “We need to see your receipt.” Why I asked? It’s required to ensure you ordered the deluxe. So you don’t believe me? No we believe you, then get me the deluxe like ordered.
The young lady in charge now tells me the kitchen needs it. So I go get it. She put the receipt on the clip grabs the burger and hands me the new deluxe. Never giving the receipt to the kitchen, how do I know, I was given the receipt back when I asked for it. What has happened to the customer is right and good customer service? I am not asking for great customer service, just good. Wow!!! Big miss Culver’s! They believed me when I asked do you believe me. Never received a sorry which is sad. I will say the young man who took my order, Harrison. Top notch young man. The other two...
