I had a terrible experience. We ordered 4 drinks and all 3 were not drinkable. The biggest concern is we asked for a sugar free Red Bull as the person we were getting it for is diabetic. The person helping us proceeded to grab a regular redbull and use that and did not even use the sugar free syrup. We asked if that was sugar free as the can did not look to be the correct one. He assured us it was sugar free and we took him at his word. The drink was definitely not sugar free as the person who it was for nearly had a diabetic attack from it and needed to use insulin. This was the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had that I felt I needed to reach out. Especially if this was a food allergy to have such blatant disregard to making sure that something was sugar free or did not contain nuts is concerning. Visited this location on a Sunday late morning for the two large iced coffees I handed the woman at the register of $20 bill and she gave me change for a 10 then proceeded to argue with me about what I gave her I don't normally use cash but this particular day I so happen to have three 20 dollar bills and one five dollar bill in my pocket so I know for a fact that I gave her a 20 and the manager stepped in and said just leave your phone number and will call you if I draw is over totally unacceptable! Best place to get coffee in the area. It's managed really well with almost never a line and the employees are always on point and working hard to make sure your being helped and out the door quickly.

Best part is there is a convenience store built right into the place so you can get always grab stuff you need while grabbing your coffee so you don't have to worry about trying to pull into a horribly designed 711...
