Sidell's Bakery — Restaurant in Quincy

Sidell's is one of my absolute favorite lunch spots! My co-worker & I often order the Zesty Italian salad for lunch through the week. We call in the order, & they have it ready for pickup within 10 minutes. Unlike many others, this salad will not disappoint for the price...they are fairly priced & generous with their portions. If you don't have to sit at a desk the rest of the afternoon, the panini sandwiches are also fabulous. I save these for my day off so I can get a carb-nap afterward! ;) And don't forget to ask about their cookie flavors. The white chocolate snickerdoodles melt in your mouth! This is a small, family business, so hours are limited to lunch & closed on weekends. Parking is limited to street parking, but there are always spots available. Fast, friendly service & phenomenal food...a must-try...

Note that they're closed on Saturdays for the month of April '24.

Efficient and delicious! Glad we got to try them as we missed them at the mall. Got the Tom Turkey panini, a grilled cheese with added ham, and Classic Club. Thumbs up on all of them. Chewy bread that didn't get soggy or greasy and was grilled nicely. Can't wait to go back. Would like to try the salads too.

More suited to takeout IMO but they have nice tables if you want to eat in.

I like more chew to my snickerdoodle cookie; would try a different cookie next time. It would be cool if they are able add a sign perpendicular to the building - I didn't notice the shop until I walked past it, so I wonder how much foot traffic they're able to attract right now. It's probably more noticeable at night when the neon sign in the window is...

I love Sidells sandwiches and the owners are the nicest people. However today I was a little taken back from the cashier, she needs some training on customer service. If my little 2 year old grandson is repeatingly saying Hi and trying to talk to you and you completely ignore him and seem very unfriendly, maybe you shouldn't deal with the public.
