Really need to work on your customer service.....if you spill someone's drink order you remake it immediately. I waited for 10 minutes and watched as 3 people who ordered after me received their drinks. When I asked about my order I was told 'oh, she's making it over there' and the gentleman waiting at counter said 'that must have been the drink that was spilled' to which she replied 'yes it was', as if it was no big deal that they carried on making other drinks and put mine at the back of que. The entire experience was pathetic; the attitude, no apology and not forthcoming with me when I asked about my drink....a simple 'I apologize we spilled your drink and we are working on your new one, sorry for the wait'! Starbucks, train your workers or if this is what you feel is ok, keep this up and we can move on to other coffee shops. No stars for Quincy...
Read moreWe waited in the drive through line for almost 30 minutes behind other cars before we finally gave up and drove to the front of the store. At the front of the store there was a sign written in marker saying they would not be opened until 10:30 today. This was absolutely ridiculous. There was no sign at the start of the drive through, which is behind the store, to indicate that they were not open. Several cars had waited before us for god only knows how long. Had my partner not gotten out of the car and walked to the back of the store to tell the other people about them being closed who knows how long they would have waited. This behavior is very unbecoming of such a respectable company and because of this incident I will make it a point to take my business elsewhere. I came here with my boyfriend a few days ago, I saw a Starbucks drink that was Halloween themed and I decided to order it. The whole time she was taking the drink order she was sighing and then after I ordered mine she replied, “Do you know this drink is ridiculously expensive?” In the rudest and unprofessional tone. I said no and after she took our order she continued to whisper to all the other baristas. And of course, they messed it up. I could already tell by her tone that she didn’t want to make it.
