EDIT: The owners were kind enough to reach out, talk through all the issues we had that night and were very professional and welcoming to feedback. It was truly appreciated that they reached out and even requested us to come back and give them a second chance. We will definitely have to stop by next time we're in town. ORIGINAL: This place came with great recommendations but ended up being a huge disappointment and wouldnt recommend. We left annoyed and still hungry. We visited on a Friday night with a party of 8 and the place was pretty busy but service speed was decent as expected. Their Ceasar salad has a house made Ceasar dressing that was way too heavy on the anchovies- we did send it back since it tasted like straight up fish oil. Our steaks were all ordered at different temperatures and they all came out medium rare. Our waiter was informed of this but we chose to not send these steaks back as we were too hungry and annoyed at this point to wait all over again to have steaks (re)cooked. Our drinks were forgotten about. Our dessert was also brought out wrong after having asked them to remove certain items on them. Three things to note: 1. Sides are not included for any of your meats, you order those separate 2. For $30-50 a person and the level of service we received is nothing great worth splurging on 3. Their pork chop šŸ‘Œ delish! 4. There is a limited kids menu (tagged in the pictures) 5. Try the Chabongs- they're champagne bongs that might make your night a little better if you're celebrating or run into some hiccups. When you make a reservation at this restaurant they give you the option to select allergens ahead of time, none of which were informed to the staff or waiter after we had arrived. If you're going to have have this option, work it to your advantage! Inform the waiter ahead of time. Your customer will also make a friendly reminder about allergens but when they're forgotten about it after we've mentioned them a few times, it brings down your rapport as a restaurant and trained staff. Facebook groups from this area have brought up this restaurant and mention similar experiences to us. All disappointed but google reviews don't reflect that. So if you're local, do your search in the fb groups to get a better idea- this "high-end" restaurant would only make it as a "casual" dining experience in some, if not most cities.

I have been going to the patio since I was a kid. Once a year we would have a family event. However, this patio is under new management and prices have increased as it is now viewed as even more of a fancy restaurant. My wife and I went there for our Valentine days and to say the least I was sorely let down. We arrived for our reservation at 8 pm early. They did not have any bar seating to allow for drinks while you wait due to low staff. We were seated not long after 8. We ordered the Calamari and drinks to start. The room was packed. It felt almost shoulder to shoulder as if we were in a scene in a movie where we were speed dating. They definitely over seated the room. It didn't feel intimate what so ever. There were balloons and candle lit that were pretty though. The waitress at the beginning was legit behind and had her hands full. Calamari came out in an extremely small dish. It was good, but absolutely not worth 16 dollars. The taste was great however. The dip complimented it even better. The drinks were delicious and made correctly. Main food order was smaller version prime rib and my wife got the Knap chop. The Knap chop was the highlight of the food. It was delicious. The prime rib was also good. Cooked correctly. We also had salad and baked potatoes. Both were also good. As the night was drawing to an end, we wanted to leave so we could continue our night. After the turtle Brownie and ice cream which was good, we attempted to get our check. We waited at least 20 minutes as we attempted to track our waitress down. This was at 9:30 pm. I was pretty frustrated as the restaurant completely slowed down and there was no reason to be forgotten by the server as management watched us sit there and wait for someone to check us out while staff was competing back of house duties. I will most likely return on a regular night if service and see if we can give them a fare shake. Valentine's though was not it.

My wife and I went the The Patio for a date night on 12/30/2021. This place is Fantastic! Atmosphere was on point and service was friendly and prompt. We started with the Calamari, and it was phenomenal. For dinner I had the Pecan Crusted Salmon with Brussel Sprouts and my wife had the Pork Chop and Fries. Large portion sizes and everything was delicious, we loved everything. My wife and I have lived all over the country and eaten at restaurants all over the world. This place is easily in our top 5 best restaurants for sure!

My mother has been wanting the Patio's Prime Rib for 4 years, she's older, poor physical health, and doesn't really get out much more but she decided that we were going last night. She was so excited that the place was back, we left disappointed. We arrived, the service from the instant we entered was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. The remodel was beautiful, we thought it had been updated wonderfully. Then we saw the prices.

But Mom has been wanting this meal for 4 years, she was willing to pay for her $48 meal. Our salads arrived, and while delicious, were extremely small, I kind of wondered if they'd missed the plate. Our prime ribs with baked potatoes arrived and the meat looked good, but the potatoes were extremely small! You get bigger baked potatoes with the Wendy's fast food variety. Let me describe the meat, two words:Tasty Rubberbands. While this $48 prime rib had good flavor, the chewiness was extreme, and then we had the dullest steak knives to cut the meat, it actually became entertaining. We had both of ours rare, I can't imagine how tough the meat would have become if cooked further.

Maybe it was the expectation that failed, Mom had wanted this for so long it never could have achieved fulfillment. But also for that price I'd like to be able to chew my meat, and be filled by my meal.

Sadly we won't be back, and I can only hope that we got there in...
